I went in the drive thru and wasn’t even greeted or told my total at the window, just handed my drink with an annoyed look on the employees face. I work in food service so I understand how it is sometimes, but really? Not even a hello or anything. Then they took almost 10 minutes to give me my food at the window. Do better.

This place says open 24 hours. Whoever was working the night shift shut the drive threw off just got in from delayed airplane. Shame on you.

Since Customer Service wants to do nothing about my online complaint, i’ll bring it to my platform. The young guy who worked the register: knows absolutely nothing. Came in one day recently to use the mobile app for the 2 for $7 deal. Catastrophe. He takes a whole 3 minutes being confused about how the process works in accordance with the QR code. Two minutes later, brings the manager up. There was no price difference, when they then find out you have to scan the code once the order is ready to complete. He walks away to get the manager a SECOND time. Top it off: He forgets to ring the frosty I ordered. So afta a torturous nearly 9 min process, I had to get the frosty rung up separately when the food came. Unbelievable. As if someone has NEVER ORDERED at the counter with the mobile app. It was surreal

There was bugs in my food and the gay guy was very rude to me when all i asked for was a cup. Waited 1 hour to eat and they STILL got my food wrong. They put cheese on my cheeseburger and bacon on my JBC.

Bugs in food. The one crushed on my finger looked like a flea before I crushed it and the one on the tomato looked like an aphid. I already ate 1 sandwich I threw the other out. Disgusting

Ordered 4 frosty’s - 2 large, 1 medium, 1 small. The person talking over the drive thru was rude and it felt like they were rushing me to get through my order. When I got to the window, there were only 3 frosty’s ready, and when I told them I ordered 4 they argued and said that I didn’t but I was sure to order 2 larges & it was frustrating because I was cut off at the speaker when I tried to make sure they got everything right. Come to find out all 4 were wrong anyway! 3 were thin mint when I ordered brownie batter & the one should’ve had a chocolate base but they gave me vanilla. Had to doordash new ones because they were all wrong. Not a great experience

The girl had to remake my thin mint frosty like 3times because she decided to only put it on the top or the bottom where as other stores do the bottom and top and I had to tell her how I wanted it she said Oh nobody gets it like that
