The employees are horrible nasty attitude I only like 3 workers at wendys the rest are horrible 😑 food is nasty fries are never filled like if they dont wanna work fast food then get better employment always taking always slow in making food orders

Like most of the corporate chain locations in Philadelphia, service is terrible, orders are done incorrectly, and god forbid you try to get something fixed - you'll catch an attitude instead of your corrected order no matter how you ask. Steer clear of any fast food chains east of the Schuylkill River - just eat in University City or West Philly; you might get hit with attitude but at least they can do their jobs.

I’m an uber eats driver and every time I take an order from Wendy’s at 4 am and I sometimes drive 20 minutes to get there (plenty of time to make the order, right) I get there at 5:01 and they tell they not serving dinner no more breakfast starts at 5 am told her them what happen to all the time before 5am that you had to Make the order, Her response was well I didn’t make it.

I went in the drive thru and wasn’t even greeted or told my total at the window, just handed my drink with an annoyed look on the employees face. I work in food service so I understand how it is sometimes, but really? Not even a hello or anything. Then they took almost 10 minutes to give me my food at the window. Do better.
