Wendy's

This place is an actual disgrace. Placed a mobile order and drove 30 minutes (while they are open) just to arrive and be told that they are closed and out of food. They also refused a refund and just said I had to deal with customer support. On what planet does a business allow you to place orders and charge you for it when they can’t even provide the food you ordered? This is actually ridiculous and it’s safe to say that my friends and family will be avoiding wendy’s from now on. Unless you’re looking to deal with braindead employees who work for a clearly incompetent company, I would avoid wendy’s and specifically this location at all costs.

Don't order delivery. Firstly, the ordered ended up being delayed. They are sloppy with your order, the cheese isn't even slightly melted, ordered double stacks and they put one beef patty instead of two, forgot one of our drinks, then gave a small when ordered large. It's unbelievable how absolutely selfish these workers are. If you don't like your job, don't work at Wendy's, it's that simple. Have my receipt, tried calling to get a manager on the phone, no answer. This is not the first time. Left a review with the barcode on the back of the receipt, and asked to be contacted via phone.

It’s alright

I ordered delivery, and the food was pretty good. I really liked the Wednesday mystery sauce, the purple one. It tasted a little like ketchup with a spicy kick. However, I was expecting to experience the full Wednesday collaboration with the special packaging and spoon. Instead, I received a normal plastic spoon. Overall, the food was pretty good.

If this store is wondering why no one comes here and why chick fil a next to them is packed, it is because when you try to order through the drive thru at Wendy’s there is no one there, it’s happened 3 times. There are people inside who ignore me when I go to the window and honk. When you go in the dining room the staff goes to the back and doesn’t come out to take your order. It’s wild.

I ordered a party regular nugget tray for 15.99, which should have contained 50 nuggets. I was given 25 nuggets. I was informed they don’t give refunds unless the customers come back to the store in person!!

The neighborhood is extremely shady! People working there keep messing up orders all the time. Do not order anything on doordash from them after 2AM! Never! You don’t even know they would put in those orders! Maybe some leftovers! Last time I went inside the ac was completely shut! It was hot as hell! Most of the time there is no one in the register because all of them are working in the back or they are always short staffed!
