30 minutes for a biggie bag when it isn’t busy is crazy.

If this store is wondering why no one comes here and why chick fil a next to them is packed, it is because when you try to order through the drive thru at Wendy’s there is no one there, it’s happened 3 times. There are people inside who ignore me when I go to the window and honk. When you go in the dining room the staff goes to the back and doesn’t come out to take your order. It’s wild.

I ordered a party regular nugget tray for 15.99, which should have contained 50 nuggets. I was given 25 nuggets. I was informed they don’t give refunds unless the customers come back to the store in person!!

The neighborhood is extremely shady! People working there keep messing up orders all the time. Do not order anything on doordash from them after 2AM! Never! You don’t even know they would put in those orders! Maybe some leftovers! Last time I went inside the ac was completely shut! It was hot as hell! Most of the time there is no one in the register because all of them are working in the back or they are always short staffed!

Most of the time, there is almost nothing in the drink fountain. Also, the floor is sometimes slippery. I almost fell a couple of times. Tax 2 times.

Today, I was waiting for the cashier to take my order. The man there saw me more than once but chose not to take my order. I was near the cash register. He was just walking around. The lady just came after me and asked for water, and he got it for her and playing around with her but still didn’t take my order.

Hit or miss. Food’s decent.
Orders are wrong more often than they should be, and service feels rushed or careless.
If you’re nearby and craving Wendy’s, maybe, but don’t expect consistency.

I don't normally walk out, but this time I had to, as did 1 other person before me. It was pretty much at the level of taking 1 order every 5 minutes and not what you want from a fast food establishment.

Worst dump ever! Ordered a baconator fries in drive thru Waited 15 mins then had to go inside because there was no sign of them!
Finally got my order , which were ice cold. Went back inside to wait for a new Order. Watched staff walk around, bumping into each other, nobody had gloves , place was filthy , just gross. No sign of the guy making my order so I left…. Never again.

Placed a mobile order and used my whole 30 minute lunch and it still wasn’t ready. The slowest moving people I have ever seen in any eating establishment.

Sad at the drive-thru for a few minutes, no one answered. Eventually he pulled up to the window and was told I need to come inside, refused to take my order at the window.
