Nov 3rd 2025 around midnight went to this Wendy's and at the 2nd window their was a lite skinned chubby girl that smelled stronger with alcohol and seem unstable was fumbling with things .Crazy how managers allow behavior like .Isn't their a manager present on each shift ?I guess not.

I ordered chili they gave me no hot sauce and no crackers so I go inside and he offers me two crackers who eats two crackers with chili make it make sense and then the girl in the Drive-Thru told me I had to pay extra for a ranch dressing for my salad horrible I wouldn't go here no more I don't care how hungry I am I'll go to another Wendy's

I went to the drive thru on my bike to pick up a DoorDash order. There were more than 10 cars. The manager, I think he was a manager, was wearing a blue shirt. He asked me to get in line to pick up the order with several cars. I wasn't going to do one, I was just going to pick up the DoorDash order. I asked if I had to get in line to pick up the DoorDash order. He said yes, claiming that I was cutting in line, which makes no sense at all. I'm not going to argue with anyone because the guy didn't even ask anything, he just told me to go get in line with the huge line of cars to pick up the DoorDash order. Rude.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is that I witnessed a homeless person washing an empty soda bottle and sticking his mouth to the soda machine in the lobby. One of the employees noticed and didn't say anything to him. The security guard doesn't even know where he was that day. I love the service, the food is hot, and the orders come out great. The only thing that will make me NOT COME BACK HERE is the lack of sanitation in the soda machines. What this homeless person did is high risk. They should put that machine inside where the employee serves them.

When I order chicken sandwiches from you all, the mayo taste like miracle whip instead of mayonnaise. That's being very cheap when you could more than afford actual mayonnaise and your lettuce be brown and old and I throw it away before eating my sandwich. Disgusting. Do better. I'll stop buying chicken sandwiches from you all.
