This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too i used the mobile app to get two meals of the new chicken tenders with two frosty’s and once i got to the Wendy’s they had non of the items claiming they were out of literally the whole meal and the frosty’s ! I was asked if i wanted a refund which i replied yes to the employee by the name najir and their manager ! When receiving my receipt claiming they refunded it, it was a receipt saying a number of zero items on the receipt and a refund of zero dollars ! I contacted customer care and customer service, aswell as corporate and they have not reach back to me as to my complaints about my money ! And i have not received anything and it’s been a week !! So moral of the review they are stealing peoples money and food at this location !

I have to file a lawsuit because they steal card information here ! The employee that was working with NAJIR on 11-24-2025 around 3:11 pm! I AM MAKING A POLICE REPORT AS WE SPEAK ! They are so dumb they gave a fake refund receipt with the employees name on it !

Decent Wendy's location. Seemed a little less than clean inside, and there was a smell of cleaning solution or bleach or something upon entering. Took over 15 minutes to get my food after ordering inside, ordered to go, which seemed longer than usual / other locations

Dirty lady told us to “pull over “ knowing cars are in front of us how can we pull over if cars are patiently in front of us !!! Be specific . said to come drive thru AGAIN and it’s a long time a longer wait for the people we are dropping off our orders for !!!!!!!

Honestly...of the two Wendy's close to the neighborhood of East Falls where I live, this one and the one up in Roxborough on Roxborough Avenue, they're both usually about the same - orders, if you aren't complicated about what you want, and check before you drive off, are generally correct and the same consistency/quality (about 6.5/10). This one tends to be a bit busier later at night, but it's a bit closer to my house so it's usually my default one (about once every month or two). The staff over the past few months has gotten friendlier, but it's still mostly young folks so they seem to talk as much as they work and the lines backup - plus given the proximity to certain parts of the city, service is slower as people don't know what the hell they want, take forever to order, or are ordering for like 10 kids at a time. But I appreciate the fact that the staff is nice and outgoing now and while the food is NEVER hot and fresh as the corporate guarantee says - it's at least correct and decent quality.
