Food was not hot.There was a man in the restaurant hovering over the customers asking for food, a phone charger and being suspect shady.I was there with my elder and he made us both uncomfortable.The staff acted as if this person was hanging around as a regular and had no regard for how he was asking every customer to buy him some food and could he borrow a charger. Btw...He had a charger hanging out of his pocket. SMH ??

Have been a few times as I am working nearby and EVERYTIME the wait is ridiculous both drive through and in the dining room the employees and managers are apathetic and sometimes rude. I have not received a correct order once. Even just ordering a basic combo off the menu. Worst experience in philly fast food city

It's Friday January 12 2024. It's 8:27 PM drive through line is around the corner and the dining room is closed. This is ridiculous. All this to avoid having to clean the dining room late. If you don't have a car, don't come here. I feel like they're discriminating against us.

Ordered Apple Pecan Salad..red apples were rotten..spring lettuce was wilted. I wish I could send a picture of this bullshyt.. I see they have no issues with getting ppl sick or they will serve anything to anybody just to make a few dollars. How dare you sell food that would make someone sick!!!!
