I placed an online order for 3 of us in the shop and scheduled my pickup for 1,:00 I got caught up in something right before it was time. To pick up my order. I was a little bit late. When I went in the store I didn't see any activity or mobile orders on the counter so an associate came over to me and looked at my phone and noticed my initials were CM (this matters in a second) he started putting bags of food and drinks on the counter in front of me I folded the tops of the bags down, ready to carry them to my car. Right then two postal deviery women came in and asked for their mobile order. The associate asked for the initials on the order and they were guess what? Right, CM...it was their order that I had folded the top of the bags down...I apologized...the associates were nothing but professional. My order was ready, it was at the drive thru I maybe put it in the app like that needless to say everyone got their food and a good chuckle out.of.it too🤣😂🤣

Why every time I go to the Wendy’s on aramingo ave there is a worker that seems to hate their job and I am the one it gets taking out in. It’s bad enough the food is ruff and the length of time you have to wait but the service as well. Come on now.

They will not let you use the restroom unless you first make a purchase. Well I’m definitely not purchasing anything now. Especially because the guy with the top pony tail and sides shaved had an attitude when saying it. I was there at 1:15p on 9/8 and didn’t catch his name.

The service at this place is unbelievable. I will definitely never come back. I was going to use the restroom before placing my order, and they literally forced me to order first. They told me that in order to use the restroom I had to have already ordered, and they basically kicked me out—treating me like I was homeless, even though I have always been a customer here. The customer service is horrible.

Came in and sat down with my 2 kids and pulled up the menu on my phone for them to look over. It’s easier for me to place an online order through my phone then it is to go to the front and have something forgotten or somebody changed their mind. It was about 4 PM and the dining area was completely empty except for us. I would say less than five minutes into looking over the menu the big brute of a security guard came over to us and said that if we weren’t going to order food, we had to get out. No hello, no excuse me, no nothing. Just plain rudeness. So I just turned my phone around so he could see we were on the menu and he walked away back to his corner. He just stared at us until I grabbed our order from the front. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. And on top of that, we were missing items from our order as well as getting a spicy chicken sandwich with a rock hard piece of chicken that they tried to say was fresh when I asked for it to be replaced. Another Customer had an issue with her order, and the manager just rolled his eyes and scoffed at her. I haven’t been to this location in years and I have no plans of returning in the future, it really needs a complete overhaul.

Literally the worst customer service ever! I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times and every time I have had an issue. Whether that be the order being wrong, the managers being rude or just overall poor customer service. They will NOT answer the phone so you cannot talk to anyone over the phone if you have a question or complaint. This place stole money from me and then refused to give me a refund when I asked because apparently I was “wrong” and “gave them the wrong change. Pleaseeee don’t go here!

I placed a mobile order and went thru the drive thru for pickup. This was a little after 8am on a Friday. There were no cars in line. Girl was EXTREMELY rude (on the mic and again at the window) and told me to pull over in a random spot. I waited about 10 - 15 minutes and they never brought my food out. I tried to cancel it on the app but they marked it that it was brought out.

I placed another order and went to the location at 2560 Aramingo. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. Thank you!

I will be disputing the first charge and I called and issued a complaint through Wendy's. So rude and NOT busy!

I’m highly disappointed by this establishment I was really looking forward to making this a go to spot for a quick meal especially since my earlier encounters were not like this. The customer service is severely lacking. I ordered at the drive through a large # 4 no salt on the fries no pickles/tomatoes, American cheese & a double stack no pickles no onions with a lemonade. I received my large drink, the chicken sandwich was how I ordered it but no double stack. She then proceeded to charge me for it I repeated myself multiple times I said no pickles no onions they didn’t listen. My fries had salt I was told to pull to the side to wait for my fries. 10 minutes later still no fries. I go into get my fries they give me a medium although I ordered large and no apologies or signs of remorse for they’re mistakes then they gave me another medium fries with salt for the wait! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I love Wendy’s so I’m willing to give this establishment another chance but they really have to do better.
