I called to ask a question about ordering on DoorDash and the lady on the phone was very rude. I don’t know wassup with their customer service but with an attitude that nasty I can only imagine what the food would taste like?. Don’t let these people talk to us like that this is our community and these people don’t give a damn about us! Many other pizza shops in the area that know how to treat people with respect!

The person who answers the phone is very rude. I called to ask a question & before I could ask the question, she rudely cut me off. I stopped ordering from them a while back because the former person who answers the phone became irate when I asked for her name prior to ordering. The pizza use to be tasty & since my last experience wasn’t the best, I attempted to give them another shot. If you’re looking for good food & employees who talk to you with respect, try Bryn Mawr Pizza.

Im disappointed i moved on the same block as my daughter a yr ago she been ordering from them but i order alot especially for my grandaughter and never had a issue but i order a westpoint special with pepperoni,groundbeef,onion,peppers,mushrooms it was more like a veggie pizza it wasnt no meat and they were big chunks of onions ,peppers and mushrooms and i try and tip i dont mind spending money on good food but was disappointed cut back on the veggies and more meat

I let my children order from this store for quite some time. This particular instance I actually tasted the pizza which was very salty. I refused to let anyone in the house eat it. Make a long story short the owner/ co-owner did not reimburse me. I was shocked to find that he would be willing to risk losing a long time customer. Finally they had a ignorant young lady step as if shw wanted to fight. I definitely didn't know stores had female body guards for bad service. This is probably the sane rude lady who sometimes answer the phone. As I see from the other reviews Westpoint Pizza is bad business. People reading this please remember to not settle for anything. Your money spends in more than one place. Do not support people who do not support you.
