Nasty dry pretzels. I got a sour cream and onion pretzel. None of the coating they dipped it in stayed on. Saltless tasteless. Threw mine away, went to auntie Anne's. Went back, my son wanted a pretzel. They were the only thing open after 7:30pm. Ordered a salted pretzel. Not much salt was on it asked the young lady to add more salt, pretzel had very little. She did.

Grabbed a couple of pretzels for our group before hopping on a bus to NYC, and they were three of the best pretzels I've ever had. Pepperoni pizza, salted, and cinnamon sugar bites of soft, chewy dough and every one of them was packed with flavor. Service was fast, and the pretzels were fresh. I'd 100% go back to Wetzel's again!NOTE: This location is inside the Fashion District, upstairs (near the AMC and near the escalators by Primark).

The drinks need a bit of work. But the cheesy pretzel dog bites were amazing. Best ones I've ever had. And it was my first time going there. I like the freshness, and butteriness and the mild crunch of the pretzel

I've wanted to come here since caseyboy mentioned they were open but maybe it was just a slow day where the food was just sitting there like at 7 eleven for hours. I got the pepperoni pretzel and one pretzel cheese dog. Forgot to get cheese cup and should of maybe tried regular pretzel. If I do come back I'd want fresh stuff since what I got was cold and just okay. The iced lemonade was just okay.

Stopped by at 5:20. I understand you close at 6 but that is in 40 minutes. You are losing 40+ minutes of revenue.
I wanted mall pretzels, so I went and ordered some with a frozen lemonade.Would not get the frozen lemonade. It tastes like it's just corn syrup and food flavoring with shaved ice on top. There's either too much flavor or none at all.The pretzels aren't that good. I was going to let it slide but there's hair in them. Like, multiple hairs. They're cooked pretty good into the pretzel.

There was a dead fly in my pretzel!!! This location is filthy. I feel truly disgusted. Initially the pretzels weren't bad but imagine how I felt seeing a dead fly in the bottom of my bag of pretzels! A maggot that comes from something rotting that turned into a fly. A dead fly.

I haven't had one of these bad boys since I was at Disney a few years ago. The service was nice and the pretzel was fresh. They are very serious about how they 'don't touch' when they serve. If you see people with a yellow cup or a lil yellow bag, go to them.
