I was looking forward to celebrating one of my closest friend’s birthday this past month until I received a disappointing message that the event had to be canceled at fault of this venue.

For months, I had been researching what “fine wine” attire was in order to enjoy a fantastic time with him and mutual friends but instead the outfit I was excited to wear now hangs in the closet. My plus one could not get her bus ticket refunded so she lost money.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend The Wine Garden in Philly to anyone. My experience with this business was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I booked this venue in June for a birthday event scheduled for September, but unfortunately, the service I expected was never delivered.
