I ordered online, walked in a few minutes later, and kindly asked the young cook lady to make sure my meal was well done. Instantly she said it's done already. They accidentally gave me classic when I wanted boneless. So they switched the food, but I still did not get well done food. These stores are terrible and it's sad. I bet Mexicans would do the right thing in this country more than our own people. Simple intrustuctions are being ignored, or ignorance is at an all time high with these workers.

My wait was more than 30 minutes and it wasn't crowded the music was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself talk let alone hear your name once I arrived home my fries was too salty to eat as well as Soggie the wings was so hard I was afraid I would break my tooth I will never order there again.

I ordered online for an in store pickup. Once I got home I realized that there was about 12 boneless wings missing and my fries were stale and cold.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier accepted uber eats order knowing wings were not in stock! Cashier lied and said they are not able to cancel order on their end and told me to cancel through app. I was charged cancellation fee for food I did not receive because cashier refused to cancel order!

We came in and the one worker was literally mopping under our feet? He mopped the entire floor and from what I saw nothing spilled. If I slipped I would have been PISSED!! It’s 7:45 as I’m writing this so it’s not like we came close to closing ? Then they tried to play in our face about the wait time
Food had me tossing and turning from an upset stomach discomfort from the only thing I ate, I couldn't eat nothing else. Never AGAIN!!!

After waiting 20 minutes at register with no one else in line a woman came in behind me to order as well. She was immediately greeted and her order was took. I then realized I was the only Caucasian in the restaurant and could only assume I’m not welcome at Wingstop. The woman who ordered even gave a hand gesture pointing to me to let them know I was here first but the woman working the Register just shrugged me off with a smirk and giggle like I was a joke. Never again will I ever eat at or order from a Wingstop again!!!!

It was 18 mins to cook the food and that was kind of long because I had a lot drive lol but to know they properly cook the chicken was well worth the wait. Clean tables & chairs they keep the utensils behind the counter but the restrooms were clean the staff was young but highly respectful and have a pleasant attitude and never coming from them and that was much appreciated
