Hello my name is Antonio I went into the wingstop and I ordered chicken sandwich combo and a 10 wing combo with loaded fries. It was $32 and some change. I walked in there, young man took my order and I paid. I got my food when I went home. There was no fries to be found. I would like a reimbursement.

I ordered online, walked in a few minutes later, and kindly asked the young cook lady to make sure my meal was well done. Instantly she said it's done already. They accidentally gave me classic when I wanted boneless. So they switched the food, but I still did not get well done food. These stores are terrible and it's sad. I bet Mexicans would do the right thing in this country more than our own people. Simple intrustuctions are being ignored, or ignorance is at an all time high with these workers.

My wait was more than 30 minutes and it wasn't crowded the music was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself talk let alone hear your name once I arrived home my fries was too salty to eat as well as Soggie the wings was so hard I was afraid I would break my tooth I will never order there again.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier accepted uber eats order knowing wings were not in stock! Cashier lied and said they are not able to cancel order on their end and told me to cancel through app. I was charged cancellation fee for food I did not receive because cashier refused to cancel order!
