RUDE Customer Service!I dispose the level of service received from Wingstop I called in to add special instructions to my order and ask them if they need my order number . They replied by hanging up the phone. How RUDE! After that experience I really wish I could just get my money back and cancel the order but I had already waited a long time.You guys have allot of kids working that are not well trained and don’t give two cares . I see allot of 1 ⭐️ is this the level of service you normalize at Wingstop ?Nothing has changed since I have been ordering and I have reached my maximum limit to stop supporting.Please do better with your service. You have a good product with Peter ruble customer service.
Tbh this the only location that doesn't put the dipping sauce in the bag , do better read the order!!! why would anybody order wings with no dipping sauce smh.

Absolute worst Wing Stop in philadelphia, if you walk in to order its a 20 minute wait ok under standable but take note I waited for my order only to receive burnt greasy fries, burnt dried up wings with no flavor and the worst tasting lemonade iv ever had honestly it doesn't make sense, never

Why is it that as ppl we so harsh and mean that even as an employee of a wingstop you do not get respect. There is a very nasty general manager that works there and treats the employees as if they are trash and talks to them any type of way. This is not the way to treat people rather they are employees or customers I won’t be back and will not be spending any of my money with them. We all deserve respect but since this young lady the general manager is still there guess the employees of this company does not feel the same way wingstop at 2920 Roberts ave in the shopping center
Strike 1: I’m there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges me.Strike 2: NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE was wearing gloves. To add to this, a girl took out her cell phone and then continued to prep fries. Eww.Strike 3: The wings were the size of Turkey wings.No, thank you.
