This wingstop is bad and dirty none of them do their job . It’s a lot of people there that needs to be fired it’s never no general manager. Everytime they get one they leave . They be doing things in the bathroom smoking on the clock . Everyone is talking to everybody at that job . Rumors have it that everyone is passing stds back and forward to each other The Whole job is a mess and the whole team need to be fired it’s very unprofessional there .

My wings was supposed to be well done. I called they hung up on me. I called back a second time they tell me to call Tyrone and hung up a second time. The service is horrible. The people is horrible. They need a whole new staff, I contacted the business chat on facebook, and for my food being messed up and them being disrespectful, they want to give me a $40 virtual gift card. When they should be giving me that plus my money back.

So l ordered from here and my order was wrong. I called the store. I spoke with the manager. I believe her name is Chantell and she was awesome. She let me know that she will help me to the best of her ability so she replaced my order the food was fresh hot good and she was very polite and sweet. I want to say thank you again. I will definitely be back again to order more

I ordered delivery from the app my Drink Was missing and the ranch was completely spilled all over the bag. When I spoke to the manager about it and asked for a refund, he refused to give me a refund For my full order. The manager and the workers were unprofessional and rude. If you want your food done right and buy people who actually like their job I suggest you don’t order from this location!!!

How is this place still even in business they take slow as heck they always get my order wrong and it’s two people literally working inside there I try applying and got a interview told me I got the job and hit me back couple days later and never did

Placed an order, which came on time. Receipt on bag was correct but order inside the bag was totally wrong. Called wing stop (we ordered through THEIR website), they said because door dash delivered it, we had to go through door dash (we never went through the door dash website ourselves). Called door dash, door dash said wing stop had to fix it. Called back wing stop who said there is nothing they can do. Wrote down our order number and said a GM would get back to us. I won’t hold my breath. So here we are out our money with no dinner (and an hour gone on hold and arguing with door dash and wing stop) :)

So disappointing in so many ways: delivery 45 mins late, messed up order, soggy & cold fries, cold wings, not even a real Wingstop just a ghost kitchen. Check out how small the boneless “wings” are! All the other reviews are right! Stay away, stay far away
