If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Atrocious service. Waiting almost 2 hours for wings and fries. Absolutely ridiculous please close this place down.

Have called everyday since Super Bowl… no answer ever. I have emailed. We canceled the order in super work bc it was not ready in time even tho I ordered days in advance. All I want is my refund. Can someone please respond back?

This was the worst location ever. I pray everyone reads this before they EVER think about going to this wingstop. PLEASE DONT. the people are horrible, the service is insanely HORRIBLE. None of the people would come down and talk to us or ever apologize for the inconvenience. The assistant store manager name is Savannah and I felt like the least any of them especially her she could’ve came down here and apologized or give us an ETA. we ordered this food in advance two days before picking up and people that placed the same day was getting it. This is the worse experience in my life and no one did anything to compensate for this. SAD AND HORRIBLE. DO BETTER PLEASE OR SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery. Never came and no one answered the phone
When I tell you I had the absolute WORST service of my entire life. . . Where do I start? I ordered through Doordash and Firstly, the food was 30+ minutes late. I constantly checked in with my dasher and he assured me that he was waiting a long time. Then when it finally did arrive, out of the 7 items I ordered, i only received 2. The service was absolutely unacceptable and it was literally impossible to contact anyone in the restaurant after waiting several minutes on the phone. I've worked in a restaurant before, so I totally understand that accidents happen, but this was absolutely insane. It's not even like I ordered just before closing. It was a good hour and a half before they closed. They should all be absolutely ashamed of themselves. People work hard for their money and expect to receive the goods and services that they pay for but this store has utterly failed me and by the looks of the abundant negative reviews, the rest of the entire community that tries to conduct business there. Suffice it to say, this place should be shut down or at least have the entire staff replaced by a more competent crew but the ones employed now are a bunch of FLOPS! 👎🏾
I strongly urge EVERYONE to go to literally any other establishment besides this one! Do not give them your money under any circumstances!

Want to pick up my lunch at 12:27 to eat lunch and they did not have my order ready. The employee told me my food will be ready within an hour when they said it was going to be ready at 12:27 and I told them I couldn’t wait. I’ve been calling the customer service number to get a refund no answer. I even called Wingstop customer service line. Specially no answer either. I had to call my bank to get a refund because there wasn’t answering the phone. This is poor customer service. This is poor business from this location. Only other locations provide good communication good employees and good customer service. This location does not give Good customer service or good good employees. This week at this location on Fairmount needs to Improve themselves

my order didn’t even arrive
awful, have no ranch and no workers there
They are thieves, my food was defective, and I waited more than 30 minutes inside for my order, and when I opened the bag, I discovered that my food was tampered with, and minus 2 sandwiches were not there.
