I’m all for my people having a chance to be in position where it will help them get better. But, this place had NO professionalism. It was seriously like I was on the corner with a bunch of YN’s. One employee began yelling at me, which I was shocked, because he’s representing the business. I can’t fully describe what I saw inside the store, but it made me seriously say to myself, I will NEVER, EVER frequent that store again. And, will do everything in my power, to spread the news to everyone I know, to never spend money in that store.

So as a person who ran many kitchens in the food service industry, I’m very upset with the professionalism, hygiene and service at this wingstop location (Temple campus) this young man literally pulled at his uncovered beard, threw whatever hair that shedded from his beard on the production line floor and processed to continue to prepare the customers food without washing his hands, no gloves, and no beard cover!! Plus they were arguing with a customer!!! GHHEHEEETTTOOO!!! Never again!!!

How do you manage to be THIS dirty of a restaurant? Using regular fries instead of Wingstop fries, no seasoning, and they taste burnt. This location is the WORST. Do not come here. they will disappoint you every time.

Absolute worst workers possible. Lady stayed on her phone as me and 2 other customers walked in and stood there staring at her. She was cussing randomly and most of the workers are not wearing gloves when touching the food. Last time imma ever walk in here.
