The food is tasty but waiting extra time for pickup for an inaccurate order sucks (missing wings. Wrong sauces. No extra cook on fries) . This only started really with the new management recently.

45 minutes late for a dead simple order. Ended up spending a large portion of my evening waiting here after arriving at the end of the promised pickup time slot. I literally could have cooked my own wings in just the extra time waited beyond what was promised. I learned my lesson and never again. Wings are ok, about average

The manager has the most amazing disposition. The staff was very pleasant. The manager went above and beyond to correct a mistake from a previous order when brought to his attention. He expressed sincere concern and that goes a long way.

Food disappoints. Ordered the garlic Parmesan wings , the wings looked like a whole bottle of Parmesan. Chicken was very hard. Fries were horrible. They must don’t change the grease they were old looking and horrible tasting. Never again!!

My daughter begged me to go to Wing Stop. I had never eaten from there before. She said my life would change after I tried their food. So after multiple times of asking I finally gave in. She was right about one thing my life did change. First off the guy who was cooking the food ( heavy set white male ) picked up the chicken wings with his bare hand's. As I'm paying for my food I see him dropping wings in the fryer. I say to the cashier is that the way y'all do business?? She turned around and said no! She called him up to the register and asked him why wasn't he wearing gloves while touching food. His reply was this is the way it's done. I said I do NOT want that chicken that he touched with his bare hand's. That is absolutely disgusting and not acceptable. So many germs are being passed by doing so. The cashier cooked my food which took a total of almost a hour. To top of off the food wasn't even worth it. The fries were over cooked and under seasoned. The chicken had little hairs sticking up and the sauce was horrible. This was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm one and done!!!
WHENEVER I go here the manager (I think he's the manager - mixed guy, dreads) has this place in an upbeat mood. His positive, upbeat energy makes this totally different than the Wingstops I've been elsewhere. After a long day of work and dealing with people's negativity, this is a great feeling to walk into.The food is ALWAYS prepared well and I've never had any issues with accuracy.. and I've eaten here 14 times in the last year.

The staff were super nice, but the Food was disgusting. The fries are over, salted and soggy at the same time, and the Wings were not good. The only good thing was the ranch and the buffalo sauce. I Don’t think I would ever get it again.
