I want to say they always have the best chicken at any wing stop but if your were dining in here they don’t have a place for trash an the drink machine may need to be cleaned daily doesn’t seem like they have done so. Other than that food was great and the gentleman did come out to bring it to me my order while I was outside other than that I would have giving them 4 stars.

Do not expect your order to ever be on time. Food is good, but they are constantly 20-30 minutes late on every order I have ever picked up from here. The most frustrating part is that the employees will claim they are wrapping up your order only to wait an additional 10 minutes. The managers do not seem to staff the restaurant with workers that can get tasks done in a timely manner, and it often smells like something is burning inside.

Before I made this post, I read the reviews. They weren't to flattering on service, but I had their chicken wings before and they were satisfying. It's been awhile. So I decided to try them out regardless of the unfavorable reviews. And WOW sadly I have to say that they were correct..I waited 20 mins for a rep to pickup the phone which they never did. I went to the ridge ave location and waited no one even acknowledged me! Needless to say I left. Now I'm enjoying Chinese takeout! Mmmm good!

The food is tasty but waiting extra time for pickup for an inaccurate order sucks (missing wings. Wrong sauces. No extra cook on fries) . This only started really with the new management recently.

45 minutes late for a dead simple order. Ended up spending a large portion of my evening waiting here after arriving at the end of the promised pickup time slot. I literally could have cooked my own wings in just the extra time waited beyond what was promised. I learned my lesson and never again. Wings are ok, about average

The manager has the most amazing disposition. The staff was very pleasant. The manager went above and beyond to correct a mistake from a previous order when brought to his attention. He expressed sincere concern and that goes a long way.
