WHENEVER I go here the manager (I think he's the manager - mixed guy, dreads) has this place in an upbeat mood. His positive, upbeat energy makes this totally different than the Wingstops I've been elsewhere. After a long day of work and dealing with people's negativity, this is a great feeling to walk into.The food is ALWAYS prepared well and I've never had any issues with accuracy.. and I've eaten here 14 times in the last year.

Horrible 3 hours of wait just to get the wrong order they black girl with braided hair is ignorant and has an attitude!!! People save the time go somewhere else these young kids don’t want to work !! Super super super rude … don’t come here u been warm….. this place sucks big time

The staff were super nice, but the Food was disgusting. The fries are over, salted and soggy at the same time, and the Wings were not good. The only good thing was the ranch and the buffalo sauce. I Don’t think I would ever get it again.

I came to wing stop tonight they were very business but very nice. I order a large corn but when I got home only had a small. Waited 35 minutes for 10 wings, the staff seems to be mostly teenagers who like rap music and playing around while preparing orders. One young lady on the fryer was using the tongs to turn off the the timer above the fryer touch non food items then using the same tongs to pick up the chicken. When I bought it to the cashier attention was nonchalant and could care less.

I ordered online. My food was not ready at the pick up time. I was told it would be ready in 7 more minutes. I came back in 10. It still was not ready. The staff member then proceeded to complete my order then he drops it on the floor while bagging. Seriously? Now I'm expected to wait another 30 minutes! No help when you call to speak with someone. This will be the last time I get anything from here.

This chain is now across the board terrible. We are the first ones here of the day and it’s taking 20 min to make 6 wings. They are playing loud, offensive rap music. We weren’t greeted. No eye contact. No smile. Totally unprofessional.

This is the best wingstop I have ever been to. The food is always so fresh and taste so good. The employees are so nice and act like they want to be here. I come here all the time because of the service and I would recommend for other people.

This was our first time visiting this WingStop and we were highly disappointed. Upon walking into the store, we were not greeted or acknowledged by the two employees who were in the kitchen area of the store talking. We proceeded to look over the menu above the counter for approximately 3 minutes and still the employees did not address us. I then asked the employees if I could place my order in which the female nodded her head but proceeded to season fries and talk to the other male employee who was just standing there. We waited another minute and then left when our order still was not taken. Based on this experience, I will not frequent this store location again. Please educate your staff on proper customer service.

We ordered online and it said our food was going to be ready in 15/20 minutes. We drove 13 minutes to the restaurant and waited for our food to be ready. The lady working the front register said it would be ready shortly. We waited 10 minutes and then she came out of the back again and told us it was going to be "at most another 20/25 minutes". We asked why and they gave us a limited answer on to why our food would not be ready. Another worker came out of the back and asked what was wrong and then provided no answer when we told her our problem. Would not recommend this wingstop to others. They're lucky the food made up for it.
