pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

I love this location, I go to LaSalle and come here for something to eat. The customers need to be nicer they try their best as they have to make a bunch of chicken which isn’t fast and easy like a warm patty or pizza. I recommend the hot lemon pepper with bleu cheese

I placed an order at 3:10 pm January 5th and was given the wrong order i was refunded and decided to reorder my food later in the day. I was then given the same order they made at 3:10 pm at 8 pm. This is disgusting and unacceptable I am unable to eat food that has been sitting in a bag since 3:00. it’s been over 5 hours since the food was sitting out.

I ordered on DoorDash the next day got food poisoning threw up all day. Be careful with this Location recommend going to a different one
The worst manager at this location , right now 7:30-7:40 pm . DEC 9 2025. Uber drivers work so hard to get the prepaid customer orders out of the door and this location is so unprofessional and super lazy. They also have on the screen checked items ready and told me NO it’s not ready ? Unreal. Disgruntled and lazy employees. The girl who was running the front should be fired. So uncouth. What a shame.
