I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

Didn't even a confirmation. Said my card had an error. I look in my email a while later and it says my card went through. I go there and the girl is rude. My food is cold and the fries had no seasoning.

I placed a takeout order at this location and my order came out great! I got the seasoned fries (cajun), cheese on the side, some wings and a chicken sandwich! The fries were hot and crispy, wings were sooo tasty, everything just came out great! My only request is for Paul, the manager to be there 24/7. He’s the absolute best! I wish he was there every time I went to Wing Stop.
Nothing special food was hot but it took forever to get. Be sure to check your order also

The wings are just way too big and not cooked long enough, I also received 9 drums and only 1 flat which was annoying. The fries had potential if they were hot, but they were not. The soda machine was squirting soda everywhere all over your hands and the counter. The music was way too loud, you couldn’t even hear yourself talk, also the Muslim young lady was on her phone the entire time as customers waited to be addressed. The chicken tenders were ok, but they were room temperature. It was not a good first experience, not sure if I’ll try them again or take the drive to Buffalo Wild Wings.
