I ordered here and the website had and error. As a result I redid my order. When I got to the store there was 2 ordered a the exact same with my name on it. I asked them if there was anything they could do. They printed my receipt and told me they would give it to the manager. They said if I don’t receive the money in a few days to call the store. I call the store and ask for a manager. The manager ask me the issue. As I am telling her she hangs up on me. Im beyond pissed. I go to this wing stop like twice a month. Terrible customer service.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful
I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

1/5 stars This Wingstop location has seriously gone downhill. It's frustrating because I used to enjoy their wings, but the service and accuracy have become terrible. They consistently get my order wrong. Yesterday, I ordered a 20-piece with blazing BBQ sauce and received a completely different flavor. I also ordered two large drinks and was given two mediums. When I pointed out the drink issue, they rudely just swapped the cups without even acknowledging the mistake. I didn't realize the flavor was wrong until I got home, which was incredibly disappointing. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it will definitely be the last. The staff seem indifferent and unhelpful, and it's clear they need better training or perhaps just more motivated employees. I won't be returning to this location.

This place is disgusting. Have lived in Fishtown last five years - walked in for first time. I watched the manager(?) I’m not sure who he is - gloves on grab food out of the trash. Left immediately
