Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

1/5 stars This Wingstop location has seriously gone downhill. It's frustrating because I used to enjoy their wings, but the service and accuracy have become terrible. They consistently get my order wrong. Yesterday, I ordered a 20-piece with blazing BBQ sauce and received a completely different flavor. I also ordered two large drinks and was given two mediums. When I pointed out the drink issue, they rudely just swapped the cups without even acknowledging the mistake. I didn't realize the flavor was wrong until I got home, which was incredibly disappointing. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it will definitely be the last. The staff seem indifferent and unhelpful, and it's clear they need better training or perhaps just more motivated employees. I won't be returning to this location.

This place is disgusting. Have lived in Fishtown last five years - walked in for first time. I watched the manager(?) I’m not sure who he is - gloves on grab food out of the trash. Left immediately

I ordered off of Uber Eats and I got terribly made wings. The fries were fine, the corn was fine.. they followed all instructions but for some reason my wings had like 3 drops of sauce on them. AND NO RANCH?!?! How am I supposed to eat wing stop without wingstop ranch. That sucks. ???

Horrible service. Waited about 20 minutes for my measly 10 wings for a whopping $13. They gave them to me after I walked up to them and literally didn't ask for my order. After I got my order, that was not the end of the story. The wings were dry, tough and hard to chew. I would rather not visit this place again.

I dislike posting bad reviews but this place is the worst. I ordered my food through the app for pickup. I walked into the store and there's one person working at the store and that was the cashier. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup in 20 minutes but I had to wait because they forgot to make it.

Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

I literally work two stores down came in thereat 11pm and ordereds a 10 wing combo and 5 chicken tender combo after working 11 hours and went home just to see that i paid 33.50 and you didnt even give me the chicken tenders and you gave me 6 wings. Ill be coming there tomorrow morning.
