I never write reviews, but I’m writing one for this. I ordered from here on uber eats and about 45 minutes after I ordered, I get a message from the driver saying someone stole my order.. Apparently they refused to remake it even though it was THEIR fault it got stolen. I work in customer service as well and if someone steals one of my customers food, I remake it. Terrible customer service here. Will never order from here again.

Went to pick up a door dash from them and they told me it was the wrong location. Came back my order was ready and been at the same location for over an hour. Now my food is cold got to tighten up.
Very dis-honest. I am doordash . They Lie and say the order has been Picked Up. Instead they keep the food. Especially the big nice orders. This happens always before midnight. BEFORE CLOSING ALL THE SUDDEN NO ORDER

If I could give less than one star I would!! The place was dirty, disorganized, and slow. When I finally got my food, it was literally dripping grease and over-seasoned.

Have you ever seen that movie Don't be a menace? Try to picture the scene where the Wayans brothers go to pick up food at Rufus' Fried Chicken and Oil change where Faison Love is the chef... Well this place reminds me of that scene. Gross, tacky, ghetto, ridiculous, dusty, loud music, dirty floors, marijuana smoke. This place is the reason why people scoff when service workers say they should be paid more. If the owner was smart, they would invest in those Japanese fast food robots and the location might turn around. The manager was arguing on the phone while 2 people are waiting for refunds, with unsanitary conditions while 5 other people wait to order. I backed out of the store like I saw something traumatizing with my hands up like the police were giving me orders. Don't go here, please. Go next door to PJP, buy uncooked wings, go home and make them yourself. You'll thank me later. Google only allows me to go down to one star... Don't say you weren't warned.
