Ordered from this location twice. The first time, I received half of my order, and after speaking to 2 managers and someone at customer service, I was told I had to wait 7-10 business days for a refund that never came. I call 10 days later, only to be told I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund.

It’s not surprising that customer service is not one of the choices as to why I don’t recommend about Wingstop. Poor poor customer service. Seem as though corporate or whoever is high up on the totem pole doesn’t care either. I reached out several times and no one got back to me. Went to Wingtop twice and both times I received terrible service. I’ll stick to Pizza Hut. 🤷🏾♂️
