First off I want to start by saying. You never know who you’re servicing. I was a manager at wingstop in cedar brook plaza for 4 years. So i know how the operation works what’s supposed to be said and what’s supposed to be done. First when i walked in i was not great your supposed to say “WELCOME TO WINGSTOP” second my order was taken and he walked away without even telling me my total or anything. The guys are in the back eating with their hands and cooking at the same time. They over dropped food so they aren’t dropping the food fresh made to order they’re just regrouping old food and fries from previous orders cause they over dropped food. When i noticed that i mentioned hey those fries been sitting on top the fryer since i walked in your redropping them and serving them to me ? He says yes I said that’s not allowed everything’s supposed to be made fresh. While they was wrapping up my order I noticed no bowls were used. You’re supposed to sauce the wings in a bowl not just pour sauce on top. And you’re supposed to do the same for the fries so each fry can have flavor he didn’t do either. Food was disgusting of course and no refund was issued when i asked because he said he didn’t understand my complaint. Won’t be coming back here worst Wingstop i ever had.

This wingstop is actually so bad😭😭 It always takes forever, the employees don’t care at all, and it’s just a bad location. Honestly I think wingstops in general just have poor customer service, because I’ve really never been to one where the service was good

The staff at the Wingstops in Philadelphia simply don’t care about quality or the food they are serving. Won’t be getting my hard earned money anymore.

The only reason this place exists is because some sad people are still willing to pay a premium for this garbage. The customer service is aggressively LOUD and SLOW. The food is expensive. You’re buying burnt fries and over salted wings that come out of a frozen bag. Nothing about WINGSTOP is good.
After seeing other reviews I am disgusted if the workers aren’t wearing gloves or hairnets close this location my food took long was expensive and came unpacked and cold I usually don’t write reviews but thank god uber refunded me for this order because it was not even close to good disgusted

I don’t ever write reviews. If my order is somewhat messed up I take my loss and move on. However my recent order from wingstop could not have been further from wrong. We received one fry for the 2 combos we ordered (not to mention probably 10 fries total), had corn missing, received 1 water for the 2 combos we ordered and it wasn’t even water it was like tonic (didn’t even have the option to order sodas i guess they were out?), the wing counts were completely wrong. Ordered a 10 pc boneless received 8. Ordered a 10 pc wing received 9. So yea not one aspect was correct. Very sad because i enjoy wingstop but i enjoy it when there isnt one braincell working behind the counter preparing our food.

I LOVE WINGSTOP. i have never felt fatter than when they called me a regular and shouted my friends name when we came in. i love it here. they gave her a big hug and slipped me a $50 bill and whispered “you’re a little piggy pig pig aren’t you? say oink oink you hog” in my ear while he did it. there was then an oiled up twerk off, and they said i won even though i clearly didn’t deserve it. love it here! such good customer service!

Took 30 minutes for a one order. People goofing off behind the counter, wandering around. Put open box in the bag. Watched them make Doordashers get customer's drinks so they didn't have to, and advise to give them random beverages since half of the soda fountain was "out of order" but still available to order. Open drink on the handoff plane and most tables had trash sitting there. Be VERY careful when you order from this one.
