I ordered the 8 piece boneless parmesan and garlic wings. The wings were room tempature and dry. I could not taste any garlic on these wings and the parmesan was was sprinkled on only one side. The fries were cold thrown on top of the bag uncovered and they appeared to be from what was left over from a from a full basket. They were also cold and mostly ends of the potatoes. It was not good at all. It all tasted like no one cared to do there job correctly.Poor quality, poor presentation and poor tasting. I would not go there again at least not this location.

The chicken was dry, crunchy overdone and the wings were so small I was still hungry after getting 8 wings. Flavor was okay and corn was pretty good. They didn't have any fries??? Couldn't order them online....

Ordered online for the Eagles game. Showed up 20 minutes and waiting another hour. Asked for a refund and they said I had to send an email. It’s been 4 weeks several email later and no response .

First off I want to start by saying. You never know who you’re servicing. I was a manager at wingstop in cedar brook plaza for 4 years. So i know how the operation works what’s supposed to be said and what’s supposed to be done. First when i walked in i was not great your supposed to say “WELCOME TO WINGSTOP” second my order was taken and he walked away without even telling me my total or anything. The guys are in the back eating with their hands and cooking at the same time. They over dropped food so they aren’t dropping the food fresh made to order they’re just regrouping old food and fries from previous orders cause they over dropped food. When i noticed that i mentioned hey those fries been sitting on top the fryer since i walked in your redropping them and serving them to me ? He says yes I said that’s not allowed everything’s supposed to be made fresh. While they was wrapping up my order I noticed no bowls were used. You’re supposed to sauce the wings in a bowl not just pour sauce on top. And you’re supposed to do the same for the fries so each fry can have flavor he didn’t do either. Food was disgusting of course and no refund was issued when i asked because he said he didn’t understand my complaint. Won’t be coming back here worst Wingstop i ever had.

This wingstop is actually so bad😭😭 It always takes forever, the employees don’t care at all, and it’s just a bad location. Honestly I think wingstops in general just have poor customer service, because I’ve really never been to one where the service was good
