I normally never have problems when I order from this Wingstop but of course the day that I am starving and craving wings, my order is wrong. I asked for all flats. I paid for all flats. I still received drums. It may seem like a trivial thing and those reading my review going “it’s not that deep” well that’s your opinion. It’s that deep to me. I don’t like drums, I don’t eat drums therefore I do not order them. If there’s even the slightest chance that I won’t be getting all flats, I simply do not order wings from that place. That’s how much I despise drums. With that being said, if you’re offering the option to choose between the two then it should be honored. I am very disappointed because Wingstop has been one of the only places I know to offer the option of all flats. Guess I have to find a new place now.

The employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult to ask about my most recent order.What was even more appalling was the behavior of the manager. Not only did they fail to address the lack of assistance from their staff, but they also resorted to using profanity towards myself for which I voiced mt frustrations. This unprofessionalism created an uncomfortable atmosphere and showcased a severe lack of respect for me and other patrons.Overall, my experience at this Wingstop was disappointing. The combination of unhelpful employees and a manager who lacks professionalism made for an unpleasant fastfood experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking quality service and respect from the staff.

I ordered carry-out from Wingstop and it was an absolute disaster. Not only did my food take over an hour to be ready, but it also showed up cold and soggy. The customer service was nonexistent, with no updates or apologies for the delay. I missed the Superbowl because of their incompetence, and the wings were hardly worth the wait. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else. Never again!!!

If I could give this place a place a 0 stars I would the customer service was horrendous. My food came out wrong and when I called back and seen if it was any option to get a refund or come back the next day, the manager had an attitude and wouldn’t give me his name after he went all out to give these other customers free stuff so he can get a good review.
