I came in for dine in today and was not pleased. I ordered 6pcs classic combo @12:38pm only for them to not have “Hickory BBQ” available at all. Also today is Monday 11/24 & Wing Stop allowed 20+ students to kickback and relax without any orders. Literally 20+ students & about 10 may have ordered food. Anyway my food wasn’t bad but they didn’t even have ketchup available. Disappointed in such franchise as I started at the exact location back when I was in high school. Felt like I was in McDonald’s although service was good. I’ll never be back but hope it gets back better.

I had a delivery made and after waiting for a while I called to see where it was and it was cancelled. So I had to rush and find something else to eat during my very limited lunch. Was very annoying and the workers were extremely unapologetic. The food was made too and was just sitting there.

Please do not waste your money on wings here!!! They tasted like straight up microwave ! $33 for 10 microwaved wings and a lg fry is a disgrace. Don’t know how they are in business. Absolutely terrible.

The food is mostly always good , my wings came very very small one time . And another they came with close to NO seasoning. Worst part is they never ever answer the phone but I assume they are busy but answering is important. They recently renovated the inside it looks great.

Don’t do online orders today! They half as remodeled the store and have staff cleaning up !!! No professional cleaners dust is everywhere same broken fryers staff still overwhelmed and underpaid

My experience with them on my first order was simply disappointing. I placed my order at 7 PM today, with delivery expected by 7:40. It's already 8:30 PM, and I still haven't received my order. According to the app, the driver picked up my order at 7:50. This is disrespectful to the customer. I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered a group meal, waited a hour and didn’t receive anything I asked for. Waiting on a refund now

Wait an hour for food after the guy said it would be 20/30 min wait time. Other people that were waiting for their food was also waiting over an hr and their food was cold. They had to go back in and wait some more. Our food also had some missing things. Didn't realize until I was home. So money just down the drain. I honestly would skip out if, just a long wait time with no communication from the staff, they keep no one informed about their food. The over all total wait was an hr & 30 mins because it took a while for someone to take our order

I ordered 15 wings online. The website said they would be ready in 16-21 minutes.
Over an hour later they were still not ready, so I gave up and left. You have to call the store to cancel and order. They didn't answer the phone. They just took my money and made me wait. They hold you hostage with their incompetence.
Really slow and disorganized. The dining room is more like a waiting room.
