I ordered 15 wings online. The website said they would be ready in 16-21 minutes.
Over an hour later they were still not ready, so I gave up and left. You have to call the store to cancel and order. They didn't answer the phone. They just took my money and made me wait. They hold you hostage with their incompetence.
Really slow and disorganized. The dining room is more like a waiting room.

The store is terrible, the employees don't know how to work, you wait in long lines to be served or to pick up an order. I simply don't recommend it due to the lack of agility and service from the employees.

I'm pretty laid-back and I make sure they get ample time to make the food ordered, but this is crazy. I ordered a 15 piece meal combo at 6:45 PM, but I didn't get my wings until 7:48PM. The wait time on a single order of 15 wings is crazy. The fact that the dude in the front had to constantly remind that they need to prioritize walk in orders first is their mistake. USUALLY walk ins are supposed to be done first, followed by to-go/call ins/delivery orders. If you insist on coming here, give yourself the extra hour before.

I had order here before but this it’s ridiculous I place my online walk in order at 1036 pm and it’s 1151 pm no food yet kept telling me few more minutes! Like they need to do better and management need step up it’s a shit show in the evenings there, and with the food everything was so rush and over season !
They Never send the dipping sauce for wings unless you pay for an extra one smh

I used to go to this Wing stop with my son. I called to place an order today, I really wanted wings. After being on hold for 10 minutes I gave up. Then read some of the reviews. I think I got lucky they didn't answer. Still want wings will look for a new place. Such as shame.
