My daughter went there recently, and the employee took her order normally and she never asked for the sauce, so I waited until the order came and asked for sauce, normally they give it to me after it comes. BUT NO, she had an ATTITUDE and told her coworkers “ she gonna wait to ask for sauce after I gave her the order.” LIKE WHAT? Wingstop you can do better with your employees.
Parking: It’s a lot of parking but you would have to get there early, before lunch rush.

Wings were hard, fries were cold asked for them to drop fresh, time I had to wait for my food was over an half our, I was the only one in the store. Then when I asked how much longer would have to wait one cooked made a comment hat I was not waiting has long as I was. The other young lady was nice. They need to know that the customer is always right and no back talk bad for business. I know this is happening a lot because of their ratings 2.8

The food is cooked fresh so it takes a while to get it. I once waited up to 40 minutes but, it was crowded. The workers are fairly young, maybe high school and are as friendly as high school kids can be. They have not been rude to me and have always been attentive. The parking lot however is terrible. Worse than a Wawa parking lot.
Parking: Avoid the parking lot and park on the street. It's safer and does not have a lot of entitled people speeding through or double parking so they don't have to walk 100 feet to another business. I genuinely hate parking in the lot. It's uneven, horrible layout and the people that park there are rude.
Someone stole my DoorDash order so I called and talked to the manager De’Anthony. He was super chill and helped me figure out the whole thing with DoorDash. Grateful for him🤞🏻. Praying my order doesn’t get stolen again.

I ordered lemon pepper all flats then when I got my order no seasoning
I order the 10 piece wings and when I received my order and opened it one of the employees took a bite out of one of my wings and put it back in my container. That is so disgusting and I will never order from this place again!!??

Huge shout out to Samir, Emile, De’Anthony, Jason and Justin for providing an amazing experience! I had a hectic day and they went above and beyond to make sure my day ended on a positive note! My food was hot, fresh and order was accurate. I will definitely come back to this location in the future! Restaurant was also kept very clean and organized too.
Place is ok but the workers forgot some items when I came to pick up my order and the other time I waited 15 more mins than expected. I wouldn't recommend this location.
