They put sauce and my wings that i asked them not to and then they had the fries sweet and on top of that added lime to my chicken sandwich that once again i didnt ask for: The service was horrible the lady named Emily was on facetime while taking our order then the wait was too long. Overall would not recommend.

I had to pick up 2 order one of the girl who act like a man was very rude the app asked me to take a picture of the receipt before I comfirm the pick up so I was about to take it she took the order back n tell me I have to ask her first loll n I ask her why she giving me attitude n she start yelling n saying f word n all the other laughing so it's very unprofessional staff

This store is amazing. I did a walk in & placed my order, the food was well cooked everything was fresh and hot.! I highly recommend this store. 10/10 i will be returning
They take FOREVER in their orders. The male with the two-tone colored dreads is very unprofessional, speaks on his phone while talking to customers in line. Chats constantly with his coworkers and when you ask him how long until your food is ready he shrugs and responds “ I don’t know “. Also not to mention his beard is too long and he has nothing over to cover it. His dark-skinned female coworker with the burgundy braids will just stand there watching him pack orders. She isn’t doing a thing to speed up the wait.Chat constantly and they let it affect the pace of their work. Wish I knew their names. This places needs a new manager.

My food was all burnt and wrong, employees were rude when I told them About it. I said no Cajun on my corn yet they still put, my wings were burnt, employees was out In the dining room having fun while a little girl about 6 years old was cleaning the tables. Horrible experience never going back

Ordered 30 piece tenders and they told me it would take an hour, 45 minutes later my dasher told me it was closed and didn't answer any other questions, I called the store and dasher multiple times and neither of them picked up. Would not order from here if you actually want your food ffs.
