This location has been solid, especially the past few months. Store looks better and the employees seem more enthused to be there. Hot honey on the chicken sandwiches are my favorite , great job to the management team for bringing this store above standards, it’s back to being my favorite location !!

I just decided to grab something to eat on the way to work. There were only 2 customers in front of me so I figured it would be quick. It turns out they were just friends with the female cashier and ordering a massive amount of free food. The 2 girls in line were thanking the cashier for hooking it up and all. One even grabbed her own cup from behind the counter. I stood there for 5 minutes while a few workers briefly made eye contact and one went to refill his soda. It seemed like they were not interested in doing any work or having me order something. Not one worker acknowledged me so I left with no time to get anything else on the way to work and hungry.

They had missing food EVERY SINGLE TIME we ordered. I put up with it for a while but this time was literally missing half my order. I tried to call them to solve this. But every time I called the phone tells me no one can take my call without even ringing once and hangs up on me. I will never order from a wingstop again.

This location's service is terrible, I had a pickup order and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours, granted they were busy and were giving out complimentary free drinks to only select people probably only to people that waited less than 2 hours as a prize or something because I surely didn't get one, but the fact of the matter is waiting 2 hours at a fast food restaurant for an order that was placed about half an hour before that is unacceptable, and all that only for them to get the order completely wrong. Would not suggest ordering from this location unless you wanna waste a couple hours because this is a reoccurring theme.
I was here a week ago, I ordered 5 corns, 6 tenders, and 10 hot honey rub. I came in I started see the employees on their phones, and then touching the food that a food safety violation. My tenders was slightly uncooked, my corn was a lil burnt. The drink station was Amess. Everything was sticky including the tables not be cleaned. I didn’t like how the dreaded head men with was color eyes was yelling at his employees, It was too much going on I understand it’s not my business , I type of person who doesn’t like to much noises.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 Is because I rarely have a problem when ordering the boneless wings. Other than that this location is nothing but issues every time I order. The workers either don’t care or they’re just very lazy. There’s Always items missing and the fries are always hard as a rock and dry on the inside like they were left out from days before. I don’t know how this location is still up and running with the amount of Bad reviews on this page.
