they are horrible and ghetto i ordered instead of saying what they didn’t they gave me anything as a substitute and then were really rude when i called to inquire about my order times are hard and i don’t have 50$ to just throw out the window never ordering from them again missing chicken sandwich flavor of wings were wrong all 30 and my traditional wings were missing

I visited this location only to find staff members preparing food with no gloves and hair no fully covered with a net. The young lady who help me seem to have no problem with staff members preparing food without gloves and using there cellphones while fulfilling orders. I visited this location because they prepared an order with an excessive amount of chicken hairs on it. I kindly asked the lady if someone gave her a meal that looked as such, would she eat it. After rewording the conversation twice she proceeds to tell me no. So why would you give someone something that you wouldn’t eat yourself? I will probably never visit this location again due to low quality customer service along with health and safely of food prep. They have a safe serve certificate which I will be notifying the health dept as staff need to be properly food safe trained again.
