I stopped here based on others reviews. I agree it’s a decent option for Vegans at Philly airport Terminal F. My dish was the pad Thai with tofu in garlic sauce. Very tasty, mildly spicy. Tofu is very deep fried, only drawback. Fresh vegetables in the bowl were very good.
Bang mi baguette was stale and the cooks don't know how to cook tofu. I was given inedibly overcooked pieces in my sandwich.

The plant-based chicken katsu banh mi, and the tofu banh mi, were well worth the detour to Terminal F. A pleasant departure from the usual airport options.
I ordered my tofu bahn mi without the aioli, thinking it contained eggs, but they told me it was vegan. Hooray. They offer tofu and a plant-based chicken katsu as protein options.
They should really train their stuff to understand what the customers want. I asked for a Thai Noodle Bowl and said I am a vegetarian so no chicken. I also asked for suggestions for a vegetarian. And the suggestion was simply the bowl with chicken removed. When she started cooking I noticed that there are actually 3 options for the bowl - chicken, shrimp and tofu, and asked if I could choose tofu. She just asked me to wait, and after a while, handed out the no-chicken version of the chicken noodle bowl, with a lot of sugar, which is totally different from what you would have on a Thai street. This is the worst airport food I've ever gotten.
Food is alright; no great, not horrible. Gets the job done.
My wife and I ordered Jasmine fried rice bowl and Thai noodle bowl, respectively. Japasmine fried rice had the light flavor, not too salty, yet satisfying quantity. Because of its light flavor, it was hard to stop having the next scoop. Jasmine fried rice matches really well spicy sauce. Thai noodle bowl has the strong yet addicting flavor, well-balanced between sweetiness and saltiness. Thai noodle bowl was very fullfilling, and it worked really well with sweet chili sauce.
The only question that I had was about the crisp matchstick. Was crisp matchstick the specific vegetable or way to slice vegetables? It had a similar texture as the bamboo shoot.
My noodles were amazing and came out fresh and hot! It’s a little expensive but definitely worth the price.

Not bad considering it is AIRPORT PHO. the price was ok. I was very surprised at how flavorful the broth was. Very good broth. The issue with this pho is the chicken was so dry and was not so good. Below average noodle.
Got the shrimp fried rice and it was great! Hot and fresh. Rodney at the counter was wonderful as well!
Had katsu banh mi and Thai noodle bowl. Noodle bowl is served very hot and it is a huge portion of noodles for the amount of shrimp and veggie, flavor is fine. Banh mi bread is toasted but very hard to chew. The katsu is a bit soggy; pickle is nice. Overall it is fine for grabbing a bite in the airport.
I ordered the shrimp fried rice bowl. They do not cook the rice thoroughly before stir frying it so you will be chewing hard rice pieces. I told them this when I returned my order and they instead refried my rice to the point when they gave it back to me it smelled burnt. You have to thoroughly cook the rice first. He also touched the rice in my bowl as if you can tell that its not cooked thoroughly when touching it. You can’t. When you chew it, some pieces are done and some are not. Very ignorant way to handle an error on your end.
Both the Bahn Mi sandwich and the Thai Noodle Bowl were inedible. Just gross.
