As a Jefferson employee, we are very limited to time for lunch. Came to this place for lunch and the bartender was extremely rude. The place was so loud, my co-workers and myself had to scream at each other to be heard. We asked to have the music lower, he said no. Then we received the check there were added items on the check. I approached the bartender, and was given a dirty look, then he gave us back a wrong check. I get it, staffed is limited, but no reason to be treated like this

Staff was friendly and personable which is very rare in Philly. Food was excellent and the cook staff was accommodating. We had some great convo about my Dinosaur Jr. t-shirt ;)

Wrap Shack has been killing it for what, almost 20 years now. I used to go when it was an actual "shack" at 2nd and Arch (I think). Anyway, everything is so good and well prepared. The menu is huge and everything I've had has been great. If you haven't been, go. Or, order delivery.

I ordered the soft shell crab wrap and the cheesesteak egg rolls tonight. Please, for the love of god. Do not get that soft shell crab wrap. I'm not a picky eater by any means (and I love seafood), but if you imagine licking a live crab shell straight out of the ocean with a topping of sand, this is what it tasted like. I really wanted to like it, and I really tried to continue eating it, but it was just insanely gross. The cheesesteak egg rolls were OK at best. I probably won't be eating here again.

So disappointing! Everything on the menu sounded amazing...but when the food was delivered, it was subpar at best. We ordered multiple sandwiches, and some were missing ingredients, while others arrived looking like absolute slop. My turkey avocado wrap had more onions than anything else. For being called the "Wrap Shack," I would have expected much more. Definitely don't recommend! You can get a better wrap at a mom and pop pizza shop.

Okay this might be a new lunch go-to. Food was ready quick, delivered quickly via grub hub, salad was fresh, lamb gyro was great. I requested no onions on my salad and found 1 small slice. I'm not mad..I'm actually happy that they must've taken the time to remove it if they didn't notice at first. Balsamic dressing was tasty. The lamb on my gyro seemed fresh, the pita was not soggy. Perfect sized gyro, not over stuffed or too messy. Next time, I will get it without the cheese as it was a little too strongly flavored for my liking. Overall great experience!! Will be ordering again very soon.

I got the buffalo chicken wrap, supposedly the most popular item on the menu. It was literally just a cold tortilla with buffalo chicken and too many onions inside. Very little blue cheese, way too much buffalo sauce, and the chicken was just okay. I assumed it would come with at least lettuce maybe tomato inside? The fact that it didn't was very weird to me. My husband was excited to see they have grilled wings, which was actually the reason we chose Wrap Shack. A few of the wings were pretty good but most were very burnt. Even a couple that were too burnt to eat.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and the rice was spoiled...will never order from here again..

WHAT'S GOOD: The honey sriracha shrimp rice bowl was surprisingly good. They served the sauce on the side, which allowed me to adjust how sweet/spicy the dish was. The shrimp tasted really fresh, and it wasn't overdone (even after I nuked the leftovers). WHAT'S MEH: The tofu peanut popper was alright. Not a lot of tofu, kinda mushy broccoli, and hot soggy lettuce. But the taste itself was pretty good.

The most disgusting bar experience I have had in memory. The staff were all sick, the bartender was constantly coughing and did not wash her hands once while we sat at the bar watching her mix our drinks. When she finally served us I could not even bring myself to drink them. I paid the bill and left it untouched.

The worst name of a bar in the history of naming things. I may be old, narrow-minded and afraid of new things but when I heard Wrap Shack I envisioned a salad version of Chipotle. I was so happy to find out that Wrap Shack is a bar. A bar with a very good cheesesteak. A bar with an even better Philly jalapeno cheesesteak. A Bar with an awesome staff. I ordered and paid for the regular Cheesesteak so that's the only one I can really review. It was darn good. I did have two concerns, 1. it needed more cheese and it needed to be melted through the meat better. 2 the meat was a bit dry. If I was to review the Philly Jalapeno I would say, it answered my two concerns with the original cheesesteak and I clearly see why they sell five times more Philly jalapenos than the regular cheesesteak. Overall and Cheesesteak great experiences.

Great wraps, if you can imagine it, they can wrap it. A solid draft menu and the atmosphere is always good. Friendly staff. This is a go to lunch place for me.

Good service and good food for a small sports bar.

This review is only based on the price of a martini! We ate no food. My friend and I stopped in for a drink. She ordered a kettle one martini that was not even filled up to the glass. It was $17. I thought that was absurd. For that reason I would never return!
