Found this pizzeria online after being fed up with the service of another. So far, everything I've tasted has been satisfactory! I haven't experienced a rush to order or attitude from who ever answers the phone! If I'm going to spend my money I'll be right here where it's welcomed! Thanks Wynnefield, I'm loving it!
I have been ordering here literally since I was a teenager. Food was always good. Service at one point was great. However, times have changed and this place has gone downhill over the years. I was completely taken aback by how aggressive the female manager was towards the customers in the store. I mentioned that she was rude and she ran from behind the counter trying to attack me.This escalated oddly quick. Though alert, I was disgusted. How is it okay to treat a customer in such a way? Who exactly is running this establishment these days?Dan (one of the cooks/ dish boy) was also extremely rude and verbally aggressive. Insinuating to put me out because of how the manager reacted to me stating that she was rude. That is not how you treat a repeat loyal customer.I will not be returning however, I will be contacting the health department due to the uncleanliness of the staff I witnessed from the counter.

With a lot of inner city black owned businesses you will encounter some sort of attitude from cashiers or whoever takes orders that’s normal but if you get past that it is very good and cheap

This place has really plummeted. When my nephew comes to town from NYC, he usually spends $150 plus on steaks n strombolis. This place has made plenty of money so clean it up! The decor needs an uplifting and a thorough cleaning. You've made the money, so invest in the establishment....geez Then I had friends in from NJ, we get back to JCY and there's no cheese on the cheesteaks,! Can you imagine? You're slipping guys!The cashier was courteous.
