We reserved a table in the reserved section at Xfinity Live back in July for the Philadelphia Eagles season opener on September 4th, spending a total of $700 for this event. This was a highly anticipated outing for us, but we left extremely disappointed.
My sister is deaf, and before the game even started I requested that closed captions be turned on so she could follow along. Multiple managers dismissed me, and one even said their DJ/tech guy “couldn’t” accommodate the request. Closed captions are a basic accessibility feature that take seconds to activate. By the time the game ended, nothing had been done, and my sister was effectively excluded from the entire experience.
We carefully planned and looked forward to this night for months, only to be treated as if accessibility for a disabled guest didn’t matter. This is not just poor customer service — it is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Xfinity Live should be ashamed of how they handled this situation. I hope they take immediate action to train their staff and management on disability rights and accessibility. Until then, I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who values fair treatment, inclusion, and respect.
Not too far from the stadiums, cool place with lots of VIPs, bonus points for the Joe Frazier statue out front, which is a Philly legend worth stopping for a quick picture before you head in.
Inside, it’s basically a giant sports bar mall: multiple spots to grab food and drinks, big screens everywhere, and a loud, hyped-up atmosphere on game days. Great place if you’re looking to keep the energy going before or after a Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, or Sixers game. Very beautiful servers.
It can feel overcrowded fast, prices are definitely on the high side, and the bathroom could use more love lol . If you go in knowing it’s more about the vibe than fine dining or comfort, you’ll have fun.
Solid pregame hangout, but not really a spot I’d choose on a regular night out unless I was already down here for an event . Its worth mentioning that I never philly steak spring rolls in my life before. And I am in love. The chefs are wonderful

The bouncer outside the exit across from the ballpark was rude and disrespectful . Condescending and full of himself. Aside from that, the service, food and atmosphere inside was fantastic.
Incredibly fun. Humongous TV. Lots of food and drink options. Great spot to watch games when the actual tix are $$$
Could use more options that are more allergen friendly

Glenn is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the moment I walked into Xfinity Live, he made the experience unforgettable. Super friendly, fast, and on point with the drink recommendations. He kept the energy high, the drinks flowing, and the vibes just right all night. If you’re at Xfinity Live, do yourself a favor and ask for Glenn. He’s the guy with the great beard, you can’t miss him!

Rudest staff I’ve encountered at a bar, asked me THREE times for my ID. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong at all times. I don’t want to spend money at a place that makes me feel like I’m unwanted. You need to re-hire your bar staff or host a training on how to treat paying clients.
