Place took a big dive most def changed management. Staff don’t listen to what you need. I went there twice asking for noodles with no eggs and it comes out with eggs and they try to convince me it’s tofu! Scallion pancakes were not thoroughly cooked. They won’t give us wooden chopsticks telling us the whole restaurant doesn’t have them even for take out and gave us plastic forks instead. Will not be going back. We were born but we weren’t born yesterday. Waste of time and money and quality is sub par.

Got the Chinese pork hamburger and the liang pi for takeout late at night. It was tasty and felt a bit homemade. The flavor was good, but not particularly notable if you’ve tried other places. More of a soy sauce flavor. The “hamburger” bun was on the bready and soft side. The liang pi was a cold dish. It was on the firmer side and not as chewy.
Friend got the pepper chicken which was good and within expectations of Chinese takeout.

I happened to pass by this restaurant while shopping nearby and decided to try it. The boss is very friendly and recommends their large plate chicken, one of their specialties. Portions are huge, suitable for 2-3 people. The taste is very fragrant, and our normal spiciness is considered slightly spicy. recommend!
Ordered one of their house specials, big plate chicken. It’s a huge portion, can feed 2-3 people. Tender bone in chicken, with wide hand pulled noodles and potatoes. The broth is savory with a hint of spice. Would recommend!

It is such a rarity to find Xian food in the us. It was very good and they were kind enough to make something of the menu for me. It was not exactly like it was in country, but I will take it. The Chinese hamburgers are also good. I do suggest asking for additional peppers.
Overall, the food was good and the staff were incredible.

Great food. We've been bringing groups here and this restaurant speaks to the authentic family-owned businesses in Philadelphia's Chinatown.

6 lamb skewers looked and tasted very old meat like way beyond expiration date, and gave me serious diarrhea and stomachache from past midnight till the next AM.

loved the Roujiamo Chinese burgers! The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. The bread was baked to perfection and the meat was juicy and tender. Their home made chili oil brought just the right balance of heat and flavor too!

We, a party of 5, walked in about 30min to close, due to a late night event, and ordered food to go. While they took our order, they did not seem happy to see or serve us, even though there were 3 other tables of people eating in the restaurant. The food was ok. Nothing particularly special; better than Panda, on par with your local buffet quality. Portions were on the smaller side, especially considering the prices. Not a good representation of the Philly food scene. Would try again, not so close to close to see how things compare.

I had a lamb meat soup at the restaurant when I was attending EPA conference at Center City. The lamb soup had the most authentic flavor for the Chinese NW region. I will go back to the restaurant next time I am in Philly.

Do Not Miss !! Xi'an style cuisine is uncommon in American Chinese food menus, but after eating here I am officially cheerleading Xi'an food in Philly. The "Pita bread soaked in lamb and beef soup" (牛肉泡馍) and "BBQ lamb skewers with cumin flavor" (羊肉串) were so fresh and good. There were pickled garlic cloves as garnishes for our soups, incredible. Also had a sour tofu dish handwritten on the menu that was wonderful. I had a great experience dining in as well, it was very comfortable. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
