In my third year at Penn, the food in Xi'an is really my happy hometown. I ate there countless times and took all my friends to eat there. American students were also very impressed. They couldn't understand why it only scored 3.8. Google didn't know what it was worth. All the noodles in the store are very good, the steamed buns are also good, and the large plate of chicken is excellent (don’t forget to ask for a double portion of wide noodles). I don’t recommend the sausage dishes, as I feel like they are sometimes not handled well. Liangpi type is average. All in all, it is extremely affordable and the most authentic Chinese food in the university town. The boss is also very nice. Maybe the score is low because the boss sister doesn't work hard to make her presence felt like other waiters here. In fact, her attitude is just right.

I wanted to buy sweet-scented osmanthus and drink it with me, but it didn’t look the same. Young man wandering around
Very authentic Chinese food! Despite we live far, we like to come here often.

Recommended dishes: Spicy Beef Noodle Soup
The hand pulled noodles had a nice texture and good flavor
Worst Chinese food I ever ate. Absolutely tasteless and no flavor. Ordered the shrimp lo mein and everything tasted bland and one of the shrimp that I bit into was rotten. Not impressed at all and would not recommend!

Restaurantji Recommends
The advantage is that the price is relatively low.
The environment is dark and a bit depressing. We ordered a beef brisket roasted with potatoes and a local casserole. The beef brisket roasted with potatoes uses beef tendon meat, not beef brisket. This casserole is actually just a random stew, with only a salty taste.

Ordered takeout on Panda:
Dine out + takeout delivery: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Full score
I ordered Liangpi Liangpi and Sesame Sauce Liangpi, the difference is that the sauce is the same and the sauce is an extra dollar worth of mahjong ???
Liangpi: It is thick Liangpi and delicious. And the portion is quite generous, with bean sprouts, cucumber and gluten. Liangpi is a bit salty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sauce: The sauce had no flavor. The most terrible thing is that the amount of sauce is not enough for one serving of cold skin. This is unacceptable⭐️⭐️
Price: Good quality and low price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Please see photos for two different kinds of cold skin.
Very authentic roujiamo, mutton steamed buns, and cold skin. The food is served quickly and the service is friendly. The opening time was 15 minutes later than the normal 11 o'clock, and the restaurant was a bit chaotic. It was said that there was a big problem last night, and it was done very late and there was no time to clean up.
