Cozy luxury dining
I was there to attend a wedding . The space itself will always be remarkable you can tell it needs a reno. It will be getting one I hear as we move into 24. The food the service and the atmosphere were 5 star Bellevue quality. I hope the team returns to ensure the service match it's refreshed

This was our third Thanksgiving at NINETEEN. It was definitely the best! The other two years were excellent, or we would not have revisited. This year it was extra special. We sat in the Pearl Room which is so beautiful. I liked the idea of having three rooms to visit for buffets. Food was wonderful and plentiful. I would recommend NINETEEN as a thanksgiving tradition!!
Absolutely excellent. First time dining out for thanksgiving in a long time and was extremely satisfied with the food, customer service and over all experience. Will come back again!
The prime rib was a tough cut of meat I am willing to say that it wasn't prime rib lobster rolls were good shrimp were good oysters very small turkey was good the ham was very good but compared to buffets of the past it ranked very poor I don't think we'll be going back next year
Compared to years prior it was mediocre. The selection and quality of food were was worse than before - they didn't even have real Turkey - only dry Turkey breast which is absurd. 24 percent mandatory tip charged prior to tipping and waiters didn't even serve drinks or tea/coffee- only refilled water. Had to stand in line in open cash bar to order alcohol and get own coffee for me and my parents - what was I tipping for ?!? They didn't even clear plates till asked.
I've been eating thanksgiving there for the past 3 years normally it is amazing. I don't know what happened to the food but it was so bland. I still can't believe it. This is a first. I want a thanksgiving meal so bad. I'm very disappointed!!
Poor temperature control made this affair less enjoyable than normal. Thanksgiving dinner was served at room temperature, and plates were cold. Air conditioning was running on this cold day.

This was the second time for me and the 1st time for my husband. The 1st time was 2yrs ago with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. I loved it so much that I wanted to bring my husband back this year. There was an abundance of food and drinks and the live music set the mood. My husband was pleased. We got there early and left very full as we walked it off at the Christmas Village. Looking forward to next year!
I’m definitely going back

I used to have dinner here sometimes 20+ years ago and I always thought it was lovely and such an elegant space. We came back for breakfast on Saturday and it's gone so far downhill. At first the host insisted I didn't have a reservation until I showed the proof to him on my phone. He had been looking at the wrong screen, which is minor. It took about 25 minutes to even get coffee. The wait was pretty long for food. We ordered bananas foster waffle, pancakes and yogurt parfait. The waffle looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, not crisp or fresh, despite the long wait. The bananas looked dried out and the sauce was all absorbed into the rubbery waffle. The blackberries on the parfait were old and dried out, strawberries slimy and peaches were hard. It would have been better for them to just omit the fruit then serve it with old, inedible fruit. Pancakes looked ok but I didn't taste them. Other than the architecture, I feel like ihop would have been a better choice. I'm so disappointed they don't revive this place, because it could be so special!
Beautiful setting, very nice staff. I was disappointed with my lunch - I ordered Eggs Benedict. It was overcooked - eggs were cooked too firm. My guests lunch was better - they enjoyed good burgers and an omelet.
Me and my wife ate here for brunch on our anniversary. Since it was a special occasion, I was looking for somewhere a bit more fancy, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a disappointment. The restaurant was beautiful and looked fancy, so that was great, but little by little, it failed to meet expectations. Minor gripe, The restaurant has large floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the city... that's cool; however, at that time of day, I ended up getting blinded by the sun. They pulled the sheer curtains for me, but that only helped a little. I wish the staff had more options to block out the sun. Gripe two... It took a very long time to get our food. Our server noticed this and said it was taking long because the kitchen got slammed. That would normally make sense, but when we arrived, it wasn't busy yet. It only started to get busy after we ordered. Gripe three. When it arrived, my wife's food was cold. Gripe four, I was drinking Diet Coke, and my glass was nearly empty. Our server asked if I would like another. I said yes. She came back and told me they were out of Diet Coke. Like... really? Ok, I said a regular Coke was fine, which she brought. Gripe Five, when the bill came, I saw I was charged for the second soda, and they were $5 each. I didn't expect that. I assumed it was a refill, but it also wasn't what I originally ordered, and our server knew our food took too long, so it was a surprise that it was tacked on. None of these alone are a big deal but added together, they hurt the experience. After seeing that on the bill, we felt like we were being nickeled-and-dimed for a subpar experience, and we shared that with our waitress. She was very nice about it and offered to make the adjustment to the bill. I just wished she had acknowledged the issues sooner without us needing to address them. In the end, it took what could have been a good experience to a 'meh' experience.
