It was an easy walk in the rain from my Wills Eye Hospital appointment. We were hungry after a two hour wait for the medical staff. Full disclosure that I do not primarily eat vegetarian which may or may not have influenced my rating. Originally headed to Green eggs a further walk, we retreated to yellow Bicycle because of the location and cool name. The chili with cornbread was phenomenally good, and the small size (small or large available) was a solid portion and reasonably priced. My craving was for the egg salad, probably subconsciously identifying vegan and egg salad as a good marriage from some early days in Oregon or Miami. There was no egg salad so opted for tuna salad. Built upon a simple lightly toasted sourdough bread (spectacularly tasty), the sandwich was simple with a small bit of lettuce and tomato. There was also some type of seasoned special sauce which was okay. Overall, nice sandwich. We also purchased the sweet potato burrito which was not favored. It was packed with greens and was very wet and fell apart just from looking at it and thinking about biting into it. Almost like the burrito had a mind of its own. The black beans in the jam-packed wrap helped their fellow ingredients to keep their dignity. And on a positive note, walked away with a full day of fiber. Small selection of drinks but simple can be great most of the time. Lastly, the coffee was amazing and really rounded out the experience. The interior had seating for around 8 people and was cozy for a quick stop. Cool interior design. Again simple and effective. And if yellow or bikes are in your wheelhouse, you’re in luck. Go forth and eat young person, go forth and eat. And please let me know how the egg salad tastes. I’ve been thinking about it ever since.

They had several great vegan options and the owner was very kind and interested in us having a good experience. The atmosphere is a little cramped but not claustrophobic. I loved the random assortment of books and plants all over. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop here!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options!

Absolute little gem. Food is cheap, hardy, filling, healthy, fresh, and super unique! I got a sweet potato, egg, black bean and caramelized onion burrito and it was slammin good. Never would have thought such ingredients go so well together. Very pleased!!

My husband and I popped in on a Friday night right before it closed. We got the tuna melt and torta. Both were excellent - great bread and fresh ingredients. Quick service with games to play while we waited. Will go back!

I had one of the burritos (sweet potato), and it was unbelievable--really one of the first genuinely new + good flavor combinations I've tasted in awhile. (The size was also huge.) This is a fabulous neighborhood vegetarian spot to support!

I was looking for a spot around the area for some soup to help soothe my sore throat and noticed their sidewalk sign. I'm happy I gave them a try, their chili was exactly what I needed and packed with flavor. I'm not a huge fan of chili nor a vegetarian so this place def impressed me, will be back to try their breakfast.
