I’ve been a customer since before the pandemic, enjoying the blend of spices and tender meats. Unfortunately, I just ordered my last meal. I got unseasoned overcooked boil-in-bag rice, fatty chicken, and strangely seasoned sauce. Salad and pita were still tasty. Portions are still huge, but the platter was $20 and not edible. Cooking has declined over the years. Sorry to say bye bye Yiro Yiro.

Their plate situation is such a good deal! $16 (extra for hummus) and you’ve easily got dinner/lunch for the next day. Such, such good food. A staple spot for us! Thank you!

Amazing beef/lamb gyro! It’s huge and delicious. The Greek fries are to die for with lots of feta on top

Very fresh and perfect for delivery! The Chicken Yiro was outstanding. The spanakopita was incredible, try it even if you don’t know what it is!

Needed a quick lunch and craving some hummus and pita so Yiro Yiro delivered exactly what I wanted. I got the beef/lamb plate that came with rice, a choice of sauce, and some cucumber/tomato/feta salad. I also got the spanakopita, my boyfriend got a gyro and hummus. Everything was very flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Even the homemade lemonade was great, not too sour or sweet. Yiro Yiro is now in my regular rotation for good Manyunk Eats.

Chose to go here because not only is it right up the street and some friends and I were CRAVING Mediterranean, but the clapback on some of these reviews had us cracking up (whoever is working this google page needs a raise lol). Altogether, we had two gyros, a beef platter, Greek fries, and baklava - all of which were super fresh and incredibly tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurant itself was very clean. This was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last; I'm so glad I have a reliable and tasty family owned and local business to support now when I crave a gyro!

The food is always fresh and incredible, my most recent visit to yiro yiro I had the skewer platter and side of falafel amazing as always. But as I was getting in my truck someone on ridge ave threw a bag of trash out of their car during a fit of road rage at another car in front of the store. The gentleman who was working the counter at yiro brought the trashcan to the street and began picking up trash from one end of the block to the other as the bag was being smashed into smaller pieces that would’ve been more difficult to collect. what a stud, it warmed my heart to see it I’ll keep coming back forever.

I ordered the Steak and Lamb Gyro, The Pita, and veggies were fresh, but the Steak was tough, I didn't taste any Lamb. It also lacked flavor. It was eatable but not very satisfying.
