i've had a variety of things from here. most of them were wildly mid including the cheesesteak that had no onions and didn't even have the option on doordash to add them on. not enough cheese on it and it wasn't mixed up in the salty dry meat. would not order again. fries were soggy, undercooked and completely unsalted but they did give me a lot in the small order so once i put them in the air fryer and added salt it was ok. most of the pizza from here is good except the chicken with pepper and onions... that one sucks lowkey. my favorite is the bbq chicken pizza but even that one is just good, not great. the best thing ive had from here is easily the penne vodka. it was delicious and they included a size of garlic knots with it that were also very good. the girl who works the counter seems like she hates her life but isn't wildly unpleasant. all around i'm giving zio's 3 stars because it's mid but there are redeeming factors that keep me returning aside from the fact that it's the only option for pizza in chinatown.

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and has become our go to. We recently had it at a holiday party and thought it tasted so good and so familiar. Turns out they had catered Zio, and it was a hit. Incredibly generous portions and their garlic knots are AMAZING. It is also so easy to order, and they're so fast with take out. We are leaving in a few months and will definitely miss Zio!!!

I have eaten at this establisment a few times in 2023 and enjoyed it each time. I have only ordered bacon cheeseburgers or strombolis while there but everytime it was excellent and the employees are really nice.

Undercooked pizza (very doughy), overcooked, soggy wings, soggy/undercooked fries (after asking for extra crispy). They also refused to do half hot / half cajun on a large order of wings, saying I would have to place separate orders for each (about $5 more...). Plenty of options for pizza places in the city, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...
