I love Zion's Cuisine. It is a neighborhood gem and I will miss it if/ when I move out. I usually get brown stew chicken, beef stew, or pepper steak. The food is affordable, delicious, and healthy, and a large platter is good for 2-3 big meals (I do use rice from home to stretch it). The food here is absolutely amazing. I never thought I would like the goat, but wow. They make it great. The chicken and rice and Mac and cheese are also amazing. This has quickly become a go to for my boyfriend and I.

It’s very rare that I find a Jamaican restaurant that hits the nail on the head when it comes to quality, taste and pricing. I ordered a large oxtail with rice and peas, mac and cheese and candied yams. What I appreciated the most is that the food wasn’t overwhelmingly seasoned ( like too sweet or too salty ) to the point where I couldn’t actually enjoy the food. It was absolutely delicious!
