No good for delivery ?

Another once excellent company down the TOILET!!Been buying from Zitners for almost 35 years. My family bought almost all holiday candy from this company. For our company, every November, we bought about twenty cases of chocolate covered pretzels for our corporate clients.For Easter this year we bought peanut butter eggs and coconut cream eggs for our grandchildren and our next door neighbors kids. We probably spent about $85 worth of their products.The Coconut Cream Eggs (8 pack), were a sticky mess, with the cream all out of the chocolate eggs and making it almost impossible to get the plastic tray out of the box.I went onto their website and wrote a letter asking their customer service to please contact me about the problem that I outlined to them. No Response!About five days later I called. There was no live person to receive my two calls. On the second call I left a message. Again, no response!Zitners Chocolate products are not inexpensive and they are not willing to back them up or to be a professional company to their clients.I will no longer buy any of their products.

What the heck happened to Zitner's eggs? Obviously, there is no quality control! I have been purchasing these for Easter for many years. The Butter Krak eggs (now individually wrapped and in a bag) were a mess, to say the least. One SEALED wrapper was empty, another had an egg that was 1/2 the size of others, another sealed egg appeared as though someone took a bite out of it and it was hardened, another wrapper had a whole egg and a half of an egg that was busting out of the end of the wrapper. There was also chocolate pieces floating around in the bag. Unbelievable! I had to throw out the entire bag! The peanut butter egg recipe must have changed because they taste like lard with a little bit of peanut butter. This was also the opinion of family members who purchased them in another state! You are quickly losing business!!!

I don't know what all these other people are talking about. The zentner coconut cream dark chocolate-covered egg that I received as a gift was delicious. I'm looking them up online so I can order more

I bought a box of Zitner’s Dark Chocolate Eggs. They looked nothing like the picture on the box. Very deceiving and disappointing They were very expensive for a little bit of coconut surrounded by a thin layer of chocolate. Will never buy these again.

I just had my first coconut cream egg this year.They were individually wrapped but still had sticky liquid. I thought they would be creamy but they weren’t.Very disappointing

A big lover of Zitners Easter eggs!Very disappointed in new packaging...the bag. Purchased four bags different flavors...at least two in every bag was squished, couldn't remove cellophane wrapper. Bring back box with the plastic dividers!

Bought a bag of double coconut eggs at Wegmans. 8 in a bag?! And one looked like this

I have purchased zither coconut eggs for years. This year I bought a bag of air with 8 coconut eggs that were over priced and all stuck together, inside the bag was very sticky. Think it's a disgrace to sell products like this to consumers! Won't be buying this product again

Just finished a bag of Zitners Double Coconut dark chocolate covered eggs. This was my first time trying them. The are delicious. Not too sweet, lots of coconut, rich dark chocolate. They were perfect. Will buy some more whenever they're available. Looking forward to trying the other flavors too.

Terrible eggs this year, they are leaking, sticky and runny. Sorry zitners I will not be buying these anymore. They are horrible!!!

The last two bags of Easter eggs I bought were extremely subpar. The filling was dry and the size certainly decreased, but price didn't. They were always my favorite until now.

I wait for these eggs every year. To my disappointment something has changed and not for the better. The coconut cream eggs are runny. The bag is very sticky inside and each individual wrapped piece has sticky liquid leaking. It's very very messy and whatever has-been changed in the recipe, Needs to GO BACK AND CHANGE IT BACK TO HOW IT USED TO BE AND THEN LEAVE IT ALONE. This needs to be addressed.

Just received chocolate, buttercream egg $17.87. Stale, obviously old. Chocolate white & crumbles.
