I stopped in this morning for a dozen donuts and a box of munchkins to take to work. The munchkins were okay, but the donuts were hard/stale, like weekend leftovers. I was very disappointed, and will be reluctant to pick up for work again. So sad. You think Dunkin, and fresh made that morning...... Not these ones. I could have gotten better at Weis Market.

Ordered one box of Joe and was never given a wait time of how long it would take. I saw one of the workers making boxes of Joe after about 40 minutes of waiting. I asked if one of them was mine. They said there was an order of 5 boxes before mine and they couldn’t just give me my one box so that I could leave and get to work. I know the other person who ordered the five boxes came in after me and isn’t even here. Terrible customer service. Just give me my one box and let me get one with my morning.

Asked for 25 count assorted munchkins donuts and the lady at the window handed me the box. Got half way home and it was all the plain donut holes with suger. I turned around went inside. KINDLY asked for the assortment was informed that's all they had left. Then was rudely told I can be given a refund "if its that big of a deal" I responded that no one would eat them was all. The girl who ended up refunding the money was rude. The place it's self was TRASHED inside to say the least. This was the second time I've been here and both times was rude poor service. Just be nice. Or tell people your out of things instead of just giving them something different.

Had large pieces of paper on my sandwich I assume from when they cooked the bacon and it just got stuck??? Maybe from something else they peel and cook. Pretty gross. I may have swallowed some before noticing as the pieces don’t match up.

I absolutely love Dunkin but… when your app says you open at 5am and it’s 6:30 am and no flurry of activity in the store and doors are still locked . Maybe fix your hours !!!
They are always out of stock of main items. They never have strawberry dragonfruit refreshers, only the mango

Have been here multiple times and my order is always wrong. I do not understand how you can get every order wrong when my coffee order is a cold brew with sweet cold foam, vanilla and cream or a caramel macchiato. Quite literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to.
