I've ordered some donuts on the app while having my breakfast there. It took me 10 minutes to get the donuts. Nobody could do the simplest order of just three donuts! On top of that what they call Boston creme wasn't. It had just vanilla cream and I hate vanilla cream in my donuts. That's why I get Boston cream. But apparently this at that DD they don't know what a Boston cream donut is. Grrrrrr.

Even through my confusion, Dustin delivered excellent customer service. He was kind, attentive and overall what you would call a model employee at the front desk! I have never had such a nice person assist me at any dunkin- ever. Give that man a raise! Thanks for the yummy donuts dunkin! ?
