Incorrectly charged $85 for 3 cocktails + they ignored my multiple calls and emails to correct it. Service was slow, but the cocktails were good.

Every single time we go here the drinks are delicious and go down a little too easily. They switch up drinks seasonally but also keep popular items on so you are never dissappointed! Have never had a bad drink here.
Drinks are probably the best in town but prices are high and the service is the slowest I've ever experienced, like a drink an hour slow.

On December 20th this was the last stop on crawl we were doing with family and friends for a birthday. From the second we walked in the experience sucked. We were greeted by a woman who said previous customers were badly behaved - and she preceeded to demand to know how much we had to drink, and how many places we stopped, and that we'd be carefully watched. It made asking for a menu, and where the bathroom was uncomfortable, and at that point why would anyone want to order a drink and hang out there?
Plenty of people do crawls around pheonixville, and around the holidays it's common, we had no other problems that night.
We had a decent sized group, and for the price of your drinks, you easily made a few hundred dollars from us in the last 45 minutes of your night.
Treat your guests better. While the drink was good, the experience left a bad taste in everyone's mouth that night, 20+ people who aren't interested in returning.

The bottled Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail is equal to or better than any Old Fashioned drinks I've had at upscale bars and hotels over the years. Many are available, but they don't come close to Bluebird's. Well done - outstanding job!
