I would usually go to Bob Evans.. their food would be good and so was the wait staff. today when I went we got seated and the host was nice but when our waitress came over, her name was renne. She came over asked us for drinks. I asked for a allergy menu, like I always do. This is not my first time eating gluten free at Bob Evans. She responded with " no we don't have anything" it was a very harsh and rude tone as well. I didn't think much because maybe she just didn't know and maybe no one asked that before. I simply said " nothing gluten free at all?" And all she gave was a look. This is when I got annoyed a little. and then my dad said " all restaurants have allergy menu, could you grab us one" she came back and with a not so nice look on her face as if she was annoyed I asked for a menu? Said nothing and walked away once she handed me the menu. I walked out I didn't want to eat somewhere that the waitress is going to make me feel less because I asked for something. When your hiring people make sure they know how to be respectful and know to think before saying no
Sunday 539. 3 booths occupied and 6 people waiting and we are told to wait? Last trip here. Entrance and exit awful but we liked the food..Too bad it's managed so poorly. We'll miss it.

Disgusting
Never even got seated. Went to the men's room and the kitchen manager came in to check the constantly running mens urinal. He messed with the handle, shook his head and walked out, back to the kitchen AND NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS..
I told the hostess what happened, loud enough for the other 15 waiting customers to hear and promptly left.

Our foods that under the heating lamp forever, and since I am a waitress I was well aware that I should have had my food a long time ago. So when my blueberry pancakes were brought over to me I felt them and they were hard, I let the waitress know and she tried to tell me that they were just cooked. I got the pancakes remade, play forgot the meat, and decided that I ordered bacon, which I did not,, for me it was a disaster. In case you're thinking there were only four tables occupied in the entire restaurant.

If you want good home style cooking, this place can't be beat. The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting.
My only issue was the lack of staff. For how busy it can get, it's a ghost crew.

Our breakfast was terrible. Home fries weren’t even browned, they looked raw and tasted like old oil. Eggs had a strange color, they were inedible. Gave 2 stars because the staff were nice. I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to know and I hate wasting my money.
