I am writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your Phoenixville PA location on Schuykill rd. I placed an order through DoorDash, and after waiting over 40 minutes, my driver was still at the restaurant without my order. The store is only 900 feet from my house, so I decided to go there myself to see what was causing the delay.

When I arrived, I found only two employees working: one who appeared to be a minor and another who seemed to be new and did not speak English. The lack of adequate staffing and communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Given how close I live to this location, I expected much faster service. This experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning to this Burger King.

I hope that you address the staffing and training issues at this location to prevent other customers from experiencing the same inconvenience.

It's not called time wasters for no reason. They don't let you pull up onto the bar so that it doesn't make them look bad on order completion time. Food is usually good though

Arrived at this location at 6:26 pm on a Thursday at the drive through. 2 cars were ahead of me in each lane. By 6:43 pm only 1 car from each lane had been served. By 6:47 I got to the mic and was told that they would take my order in a moment. 6:52 pm I drove off never to return to them again. This was my 5TH attempt at trying this horrible location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I ordered Number one with cheese no tomatoes on onions. I got a whopper with tomato no cheese. I love cheese on a burger . And I paid 14.83 . I did also order a double cheese burger too. This is not the first time this has happened. They need listen to what the guest is saying. Also the slowest drive thru ever!!!!!

They are always understaffed because of how the managers treat the employees no one wants to come to work and be harassed and humiliated ,that's why they can't keep good employees,Worst job I ever had
