I paid for an order online & went to pick it up during designated time & was told that I would not be able to pick it up for another 2 hours. I showed the counter person my confirmed receipt for the pick up time & she said it didn’t matter, I couldn’t pick up til 5pm. I advised that I’m only available now and that is why I chose this pickup time. The counter person advised that it was my problem & not hers!

I placed an order thru an app & then went into the location during the designated timeframe (3-4pm) to pick up the order. The very rude person behind the counter advised me that the order would not be available until closing at 5pm. I showed her my confirmation time receipt of pickup was 3pm - 4pm . She had no explanation and just kept saying that I couldn’t have it until 5pm. I explained that the order was already paid for & she advised that it was my problem!

I have been debating if I should leave a review because I do not like to leave bad reviews. I honestly am very disappointed with my experience here yesterday. At first the woman was very kind to me and my family, but then it becomes very clear that profit is what trumps the customer experience.
First while I was ordering, she asked me if I wanted a chocolate milk for my son(who is only 1 years old) with my order and I said yes. When I went to pick up our drinks, she hands me a very HOT chocolate for my baby which I was very confused by. I honestly just wanted chocolate milk and she was not apologetic or willing to change my order or reimburse me for the confusion.
Then, I got a cafe latte and it was honestly way too strong for my liking. I tried to put more sugar and I still did not like it. I then asked if I could exchange my coffee for a tea instead and she proceeds to charge me for another drink when she clearly could see that I did not drink the first coffee.
I honestly think the staff needs way more training on proper customer etiquette. The goal should not be to charge as much as you can from a customer and not care about the experience. If the customer has a wonderful experience they are more likely to return and tell others.

Excuse the terrible photos, but wow, I really love this shop. The staff were definitely a great part of the experience. They were very friendly with me and my mother and even recommended a few things on the menu/drinks they offered. Everything was so good. Great flavor from the coffee to the tasty pasteles they offered. I would extremely recommend trying this as your next stop instead of a Wawa or simple breakfast spot. Everything is fresh and delicious. If this wasn’t so far from where I live, I would be here constantly!

We heard about this shop from the Inquire and it did not disappoint. The shop itself is wonderfully decorated to feel very homey. The galáo is not only gorgeous but tastes fantastic. If you are in the area make sure to stop by and get a churro in addition to the coffee. Will be coming back!

The coffee is great, staff is friendly. Food is mediocre and every time we’ve been there, they end up forgetting something we’ve ordered. Today, a breakfast sandwich and a pastry (from the glass case) with one latte took 40 minutes. It is not worth the wait in my opinion! We won’t be returning.

A very pleasant spot to pass some time. Proprietor is super chill. Cafe is sunny, fragrant, reasonably spacious. I had a Philly cheese steak and a Brazilian hot chocolate, which were both okay. (I think I would've enjoyed ordering the more Brazilian entrees, which looked better, if I weren't allergic to tapioca and more.) Prices were very reasonable!

Dietary restrictions: Ingredients for entrees are listed on the menu. For the drinks, the proprietor let me have a good look at the syrup bottle labels.

I’ve been coming here for a while and everyone I interact with is so welcoming and friendly. Cozy cafe / coffeehouse vibes, great coffee and even better food. Seriously the best coxinha in the region!

Ordered two sandwiches and Charged us for three, like are you that stupid? (Three sandwich for 60 dollars) And there is no where to sit and eat comfortably. I would just make my sandwich at home. What a scam.

Update: the owner came out of the kitchen and argued with me in the face. Customers should be able to leave reviews on your business based on their impressions. They start yelling at me and I left the cafe immediately. What a horrible business, I will never return. In fact I need to be careful about this cuz apparently I can get into trouble for leaving authentic reviews.

A wonderful little Brazilian cafe and bakery! They have so many yummy treats perfect for a mid day pick me up. The atmosphere is cute and inviting for adults and kids with wifi and a little library so whether you just need a place to study or a quick stop after a walk in the park.

I like the bom-bom coffee, a chicken cream cheese coxinha and of course a churro. Recently I tried one there burgers and boy the Franco-x blew me away!

Dietary restrictions: This place has tapioca wraps for gluten free friends and they are actually really good.

Parking: There isn’t a lot of parking and the street parking can be hard to come by. A better option is to park at the local park like 3 blocks away and walk over.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they even have a little library for kids so they are entertained while you wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place has a big step and a tight doorway at the entrance so not accessible. They do have tables outside though.
