The staff are always friendly, and it's a pleasure to sample the wide variety of sweet and savory items that aren't standard fare in American coffee shops.

Phenomenal cafe! I highly recommend all of the coffee drinks, the coxinha (chicken croquettes served with cheese), and the pão na chapa (pressed, buttered French bread toast).

I wish there were 10 stars to choose for Atmosphere! Super chill place, great music playing in the background. It was what my soul needed while waiting for my wife to get out of surgery. I can't wait to bring her back after she recovers.

Went into this place for the first time to get a coffee. The new coffee cups are flimsy as soon as I carried it to my car the top disintegrated and smooshed and spilled piping hot coffee all over my clothes and arm and body. Stained my shirt and burnt my arms and fingers. Stop buying the cheap cups or you’re gonna continue burning your clients. This isn’t a Seinfeld episode!

Horrible experience . Ordered yucca fries and a churro , restaurant waited until my order was almost done to inform me they were sold out, then charged me for a substitute item I did not order , and refused to make me a refund for the unwanted substitute the restaurant made without permission. The rice fries were cold and undercooked, would not come here again. Seems like the only good reviews for this place are from restaurants family and friends because all other reviews are awful.

Visited Café Com Leite for the first time with my aunt, who knows that I love good coffee and pastries - goodness, was she right! We were greeted by a sweet employee with a glowing smile, who graciously helped me navigate what drink and Brazilian pastry I wanted to try. I had an iced latte with their housemade Brazil nut syrup - buttery and subtly sweet - along with a tender and delicious coconut brioche. Things were so tasty - so much that I forgot to take pictures - that I nabbed the last piece of their deeply caramelized banana bolo. Needless to say, I will be back the next time I'm in Phoenixville, excited to try one of their many other Latin American offerings!

Use to be one of my favorite places in town, however after my last visit I will never go back and I suggest you don’t either. There are 4 other cafes in town, please go support another local business like Steel City, Sweet Brew or 260 Bridge.

My last visit I spent over $60 and even tipped (like an idiot) on 2 large drinks, 2 full meals and an assorted flavor of truffles. They have no actual servers so as a customer you are responsible for running the food and drinks from the inside to your outside table and bussing your own table.

I am not a trained server but I still managed to get my 2 large drinks safely out the door and down an unmentioned step to our surprisingly flimsy and uneven outdoor table. However, as soon as I put the glasses down on the table, the weight of the 2 large glasses shifted onto the short leg and they both dropped, shattering and spilling liquid and glass on the sidewalk and me.

While one employee was very helpful in the clean up process, the manager only poked her head out, saw the situation and left us. When I asked to get our drinks remade, the employee told me in a shaky voice we had to ask her manager, as if she was afraid to ask for us. When the manager did actually briefly show her face outside, I did ask for our drinks to be remade and she ignored us, she went back in and never came back out.

Never checked to see if the glass cut us or if we here hurt, never checked to see how the food or service was, and never came out to clean up left over glass on the sidewalk, despite being located next to a dog groomer and many canines walking by unaware of the broken glass.

Not in 40 years have I never seen any restaurant not replace spilled food or drink, it doesn’t matter whose fault it was. Unemployment is at an all time high in this country and people need jobs, if you can’t hold staff it really says something about the work conditions or unreasonably low pay.

The customer shouldn’t be expected to serve themselves drinks and pay for a simple mistake. There’s a reason pencils have erasers, it’s expected for humans to error. Just remake the drinks next time. Give your customer a free salad. In the long run it’s a lot cheaper and better business practice to have a long time customer that raves about your service and leaves you a positive review for an amazing experience, rather than losing a customer, having them write a bad review, and literally tell everyone in town that will listen, GO TO A DIFFERENT CAFE IN TOWN. Shop local, just one of the other 4 cafes.

The food and service is always amazing. I tried the iced mango matcha latte and it’s my favorite drink now! Totally recommended.
