I order from here more then i want to because my kids like it. This place is never remotely on time, many times taking over an hour to deliver orders. the food is always overcooked or under cooked, and always cold or no longer warm by the time it gets to you.

30 minutes after we ordered we got a call saying the driver couldn’t find our house, so the order was canceled…the incompetence is genuinely staggering. We live 5 minutes down the road in a development with hundreds of people. They’ve delivered here multiple times before.The waste of our time is unacceptable, won’t be ordering here again and highly recommend you avoid this place unless you like your time being wasted.

Worst Pizza Experience! Burned pizza and cold pizza and! Also, racist experience. Manager (allegedly or at least that’s how he identified himself during the order) stated he refused to take an order that exceeded $50 over the phone since I was paying cash. It was my nephew’s birthday party and other parents contributed to the order so cash was what I had at the time of making the call (however my card was just 3 floors up as I was staying in a hotel and called from the pool area). Worst part-he said my call sounded suspect and asked me HOW DO I KNOW YOUR’RE NOT SETTING MY DRIVER UP FOR ROBBERY! Like, i experienced so many emotions following this call. It ruined my entire evening, weekend and days following.

Ordered pizza, took an hour and the driver took it to the wrong house. Not too mention she was on her phone and somehow managed to take 20 minutes to get from the dominos to my actual house which is like 1 mile away. I called and asked to resend my pizza, the "manager" told me it would be over an hour!! this place is disgusting and run by morons.

This was the worst delivery ever. I ordered non contact and paid the $4 fee for delivering half a mile away. Harry showed up with a cold pizza, violently banged on my door, told me covid wasn't real and demanded an extra tip. There are so many wonderful restaurants here in Phoenixville, spend your money on THEM.

Awful service. They always only have 1 driver and they can never get the order fully correct even though I’m paying them TOO much for how little I get. They are mostly rude and don’t care about your time what so ever. The other night I got a bag delivered to me with ranch exploded all over everything that was in the bag. The is also always 60+ minutes even on random week nights. Worst dominos location I’ve ever been to
