This is the best Dunkin out of all the locations. For such a busy store the staff always remembers names and are excited to see their regulars (me being one of them). Always look forward to a nice hello in the mornings!

I ordered a few things. Didn't get 1 of them. This has happened before. Also i ordered snackin bacon and it was soggy and all in a ball inside the bag. I threw it away and didn't even bother going back for my missing item.

there were roaches on the floor from the door to the register. the atmosphere sucked and the demeanor of the employees left me with a spur taste. i left without purchase, and will be contacting the health department about the roaches. if theyre in the front, theyre definitely behind the counter.

Just went through the drive through and nothing but attitude from the one male worker. He immediately cut me off while I was ordering and demanded pulling up to the window and as I’m trying to correct my order he cuts me off again. all of the workers inside then began to whisper and stare acting very weirdly so I honestly don’t even wanna drink my drink. This dunkin sucks take the extra mile to go to the one up 724!

I come to this dunkin every single day and have never had a bad experience. The workers are extremely friendly and efficient. The coffee is consistently good and I’m very picky. 10/10

Here's the thing...in this immediate area there are 3 other dunkin donuts, all of which are actually closer to me than this one. One in North Coventry near 100 & 23, one in Royersford on Bridge, and one on 724. THEY ALL SUCK! Coffee that tastes burnt or overheated, drinks made poorly, donuts that seem stale, terrible sandwiches where the cheese isn't even melted properly or the croissants are burned, etc. etc.This one always gets your coffee right, sandwiches are rarely an issue, and the donuts are always fine. So it's saying something if I tell you I avoid 3 other locations like the plague and go out of my way to visit this one.

The girl who used to work at the front gave me a donut with the gloves she used while cleaning. Gloves are not meant to protect your hands like that; they should be used for hygiene.
