Went here today to grab one of the Wicked boxes. I go in and see them on the counter and was so excited about it. I told the cashier that’s what I wanted and she told me there was no more munchkins to fill the box. I told her that it was ok and that I didn’t need the munchkins because all I really wanted was the box. She went on to say well it’s $10. I said well that’s ok I can pay it because I just wanted the box not the munchkins. Her and I went back and forth for a bit and then she stepped away for a few minutes. She came back and told me they couldn’t sell it to me because there was no munchkins…. So I had to leave without it because they would not sell it to me. Never in my life did I think id ever have to pretty much beg someone to let me buy something but here I am. SMH

Slow service for a full staff. They move at a sluggish pace. The atmosphere is quiet in the dining room, lots of empty seats great for introverts. They should put up the AC though, it was super hot that even the workers had to use a fan.
Dining room is a little messy, but i came while they were cleaning so Im not going to subtract a star.

The coffee and food are always good and prepared well. Have had a few times where they got orders wrong, but are usually honest minor mistakes that they are willing to fix. The inside is more modern now which I really like.

Never have I been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, where they do not have donuts and this is an every other day type of situation. It’s quite odd to me that on a Saturday morning you don’t have what your name is. Then when you order it through the app, they tell you they can’t refund you, but you can come back another day and try to get your munchkins lol that’s a joke. The only person there worth interacting with is the elderly woman at the window. The rest of them are perverted pigs that hit on you while picking up your coffee. Save the trouble and go up the road a little bit where the people are nice and they have what you want.

This is the best Dunkin out of all the locations. For such a busy store the staff always remembers names and are excited to see their regulars (me being one of them). Always look forward to a nice hello in the mornings!
