I had to place my mobile order FOUR TIMES through the app. AFTER having to reset the password. I ordered a TOASTED muffin, it was not. Drive through attendant asked what I wanted, I told her my order number, she gave me the wrong order. Food was not the usual quality

The quality of the drinks and food are the worst I have ever had compared to any Dunkin location. Don’t bother having anything corrected or order again just customize the drink so you would like it better because the customer service is just as bad. The workers are very dismissive and rude, please get new ownership or new management

Had an poor customer service interaction with a mobile order. A pepsi zero was orders in addition to a larger order. Upon arrival, a diet pepsi was substituted for the pepsi zero, requested swapping to a normal pepsi but the worker denied being able to swap. This is confusing, if the site doesn't have pepsi zero why would they just swap it for diet, they are not the same.
Took my grandchildren. Hot chocolate, munchkins, and toasted rasin bagel were good

A regular here no longer. I have given them plenty of chances and nothing ever changes. Food is consistently wrong. Order the same coffee every time and it always tastes different. No consistency and I am done spending money here. Highly recommend you go to a different Dunkin.
