I've been going to Dunkin' regularly for maybe 15 years and have had good and bad experiences (of course it's going to vary by location), but this was the first bad experience I felt was worth reviewing. Bagel was stale, cream cheese was globbed on and somehow totally melted even though I opened it immediately, and my simple iced coffee (flavor + milk) was awful. The guy handing me my stuff didn't say a single word to me. Just do better....

What’s the point of rushing everyone through their order at the drive through if you CONSISTENTLY get 35% of the order wrong EVERYTIME!

Worst Dunkin experience ever. The lady with visibly dirty nails kept touching the grabbing tissue and straightening it to grab multiple items with the same one on all sides! She never switched out the grabbing tissue.
The blue berry muffin was obviously at least a day old if not more. Extremely hard, chewy brittle and tasted like cardboard. Instantly threw it all in garbage. Will NEVER be going there or ordering from them again. Please do better!

I had to place my mobile order FOUR TIMES through the app. AFTER having to reset the password. I ordered a TOASTED muffin, it was not. Drive through attendant asked what I wanted, I told her my order number, she gave me the wrong order. Food was not the usual quality

The quality of the drinks and food are the worst I have ever had compared to any Dunkin location. Don’t bother having anything corrected or order again just customize the drink so you would like it better because the customer service is just as bad. The workers are very dismissive and rude, please get new ownership or new management

Had an poor customer service interaction with a mobile order. A pepsi zero was orders in addition to a larger order. Upon arrival, a diet pepsi was substituted for the pepsi zero, requested swapping to a normal pepsi but the worker denied being able to swap. This is confusing, if the site doesn't have pepsi zero why would they just swap it for diet, they are not the same.
