It was Seven degrees outside, so I came in for coffe and a wake up wrap, I watched the Indian man at the sandwich bar repeatedly sneeze over the food station and then wipe his snot with the back of his glove absolutely disgusting
One of his workers even said to him don’t sneeze over the food. But didn’t tell him to change his gloves or make new sandwiches for their customers

I only purchased a donut. I hadn’t been there in a long time and the donuts have shrunk! Small as lol like crispy cream. I use to love their big donuts! Coffee is getting better than I remember but still very heavy. I drink coffee black but at Dunkin I need to add cream and sugar so I don’t get nauseous. I do love their donuts though.

They were so rude. They canceled my order. They also gave me the donut upside down all over the bottom of the bag was the frosting and sprinkles. Would not recommend this location the worst. Always rude attitude. Also always 5 people standing on tje drive theu window.

This place is efficient. Even with a full parking lot and a line of cars in the Drive-Thru, you're still getting out of there in a couple minutes.

Our family just now we went through the drive thru. They were out of hot espresso beverages, but it was understandable since it was 15 minutes before closing. And then they gave us a free dozen donuts right before we drove away! Made our day for that bit of kindness. And the drinks came out quickly, accurately, and were delicious. I’m sure the donuts would have gotten tossed at the end of the night, but it was very sweet of them to think to give them to us instead.
Thank you for the kindness and donuts! Our kids were so excited!!!

Yo, listen up. I went to Dunkin' Donuts, and it was a total disaster. The drinks were gross, and the churro donuts for my kids were rock-hard. I politely asked for a refund, but they gave me attitude and said they don't do refunds. I know that's not true, so I called the manager, Mrs. Zankhana. She was even worse than the employees! She said it's against Dunkin' Donuts policy to give refunds. I asked her why there aren't any signs saying that, and she couldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, she gave me my refund, but she called me stupid before she hung up. That's the worst customer service I've ever had. I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and go to Starbucks down the road. At least they won't insult me for getting a bad product.
