This is the 3rd time I came here and each time they treat me differently because of my race. I ordered a coffee and 1 chocolate frosted donut. The donut was obviously from yesterday due to the fact it was dark brown and stiff as wood! I asked for a new one the lady got mad and acted like she grabbed a fresh one but it was the same donut. Also I asked for one from the front that were golden brown and she refused to give me one stating they all are the same! Clearly not, I returned and asked for a glazed donut instead and that was actually fresh! O won’t be returning again they are not color friendly and they judge based off skin color it’s 2025 and we still are on the bullshit I’m good on this place.

My cappuccino just smells like old milk, not like it should. People working just seemed bothered by customers being there. My thank you, for my spoiled milk drink, was met with a cold shoulder and turn around lol. Go somewhere else, there's even another dunkin 10 mins away

I got the beach bucket and the handle broke off, I went in to ask for a new one ans the people were ignoring me. Bad overall service.

This Dunkin has given me bad service the last 3 times I went. I asked for avocado spread on one of my sandwiches and the manager made me walk back to the register to pay for it after the new girl didn’t charge me for it. Next time I went I paid for 2 avocado spreads but when I got to work they didn’t even give them to me. And today they forgot to give me my bagel bites, nobody is ever at the front to take your order either which is inconvenient when you’re in a rush and have a specific order.

It was Seven degrees outside, so I came in for coffe and a wake up wrap, I watched the Indian man at the sandwich bar repeatedly sneeze over the food station and then wipe his snot with the back of his glove absolutely disgusting
One of his workers even said to him don’t sneeze over the food. But didn’t tell him to change his gloves or make new sandwiches for their customers

I only purchased a donut. I hadn’t been there in a long time and the donuts have shrunk! Small as lol like crispy cream. I use to love their big donuts! Coffee is getting better than I remember but still very heavy. I drink coffee black but at Dunkin I need to add cream and sugar so I don’t get nauseous. I do love their donuts though.

They were so rude. They canceled my order. They also gave me the donut upside down all over the bottom of the bag was the frosting and sprinkles. Would not recommend this location the worst. Always rude attitude. Also always 5 people standing on tje drive theu window.
