Yo, listen up. I went to Dunkin' Donuts, and it was a total disaster. The drinks were gross, and the churro donuts for my kids were rock-hard. I politely asked for a refund, but they gave me attitude and said they don't do refunds. I know that's not true, so I called the manager, Mrs. Zankhana. She was even worse than the employees! She said it's against Dunkin' Donuts policy to give refunds. I asked her why there aren't any signs saying that, and she couldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, she gave me my refund, but she called me stupid before she hung up. That's the worst customer service I've ever had. I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and go to Starbucks down the road. At least they won't insult me for getting a bad product.

The workers here great you with a smile and are very friendly and efficient.
Good food however they are quick to complete your food and drink order but forget to complete your order and have no greeting anyone. They are more worried about the drive through. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The king of Prussia Dunkin’ Donuts does a much better job with drive through and inside the store at the same
Have tried the Glazed Sour Cream donuts at several locations. The ones at the Oaks Dunkin are the best.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a hot latte, they messed up and served me an iced latte. They wouldn't admit their mistake and fix it. It's cold in November why would I want an iced coffee. Terrible customer service and the latte was awful.

This is a reliable Dunkin. They aren't always stocked on all the donuts but the staff is nice and still fast.
With the amount of people working there and the fact to order inside there is a touch screen so no one even needs to work the counter it is extremely disappointing the errors being made. My part of the order was not right and since my partner picked up using the drive thru it was not realized until he was home. Coffee had no pumpkin even though the sticker clearly said 4 shots of pumpkin. And my sandwich was missing egg. Instead it had two pieces of cheese.

Very unpersonable staff!! coffee was poorly made, Food was done before my coffee and I was the only person there with 4 employees staring at me . Felt like they just wanted to be left alone
