I have lived at Eland Downe for over 2 years and I love it. The maintenance team is fantastic. They are always courteous and quick if I ever need them. The management office is very friendly, and always responds back in a timely manner. The development is very friendly, quiet, clean and safe.

My boyfriend and I recently moved here and could not be happier. Linda from the leasing office is an absolute angel and was so helpful from start to finish. She was informative and up-front about any and all costs of the townhome, was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and even took the time to do an additional walkthrough with me a couple of weeks before our move-in day walkthrough (we were moving out of a nightmare apartment situation and I was terrified of being taken advantage of again). When we got the keys, they even provided us with a little welcome box- complete with dish soap and sponges, screwdrivers, toilet paper, a picture hanging hardware kit, and snacks! Our home is beautiful and was truly clean when we moved in- I’ve NEVER moved into a rental that was actually clean! The maintenance staff is also incredibly kind and very quick in our experiences so far (they immediately hooked up our washer and dryer for us as soon as we got it!). The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we have met so far has been really nice. We’re thrilled to call this our home.

Love our renovated unit. The model shown was accurate to what we got and the rent is reasonable for the space and amenities. The property is clean, quiet, and well kept. Maintenance staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile.

Lived here for two years. Only towards the end of our lease did we have some problems with flooding in the basement caused by plant roots cracking into plumbing.
