Pizza is good, but you gotta know the rules if you go there for pick up. There's two doors, each one a trade-off. The front and the side, If you take the side, it's farther from the counter but your not going incurr the anger of the other patrons standing with their arms crossed.
Now, the front door, We'll put you at the counter to get service, that's what you want, but it's going automatically pit you against the side-door people.
You wanna get the cashiers attention if your guy maybe flex a bicep if your a lady maybe show a little leg, so After a cashier gets your name, you wanna look a little peeved. The more peeved the faster you'll get your food. The standard pose is cross your arms in front of your chest, not loose, you want it to be tight, also it doesn't hurt to have a cross look on your face.
One instance, this guy pulls the double cross on me, he stands in front of me blocking me from the counter and folding his arms in a beautiful Philadelphia cross arm stance. I haven't seen such a move since Ray's Pizza New York City 1973.
While you wait you can watch all the young Boomers on a date night. Probably plotting the downfall of Gen Z.
But oh yeah, the pizza is good.

wanted to love this place because i heard so many good things, but the pizza was a 6.2, not a ton of crisp, sauce was bland. I did enjoy the boneless chicken wings.

I ordered a pizza here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. They didn’t skimp on toppings and the pizza was phenomenal!

These guys are crooks. Ordered online for delivery and they don’t show the $8.00 delivery fee until after you submit your order and pay for it. Food was average at best. Avoid these guys. What a stupid way to lose customers for life. Penny wise, dollar foolish.

The food here is amazing. I loved the chicken parm and the garlic bread. They gave us our food quickly despite them being busy. They are also reasonably priced compared to other Italian places in the area. The chicken parm portion was large and they gave everyone plenty of garlic bread.

Moved to Phoenixville and was told there was no good pizza... Turns out I just need to drive a little bit further

Grandma pizza is the best pie in town.

Food is good. Compared to other pizza places in the area prices are high. Although the quality of ingredients seem better than average for the price charged I expect excellence.

Amazing food! Their gluten free cauliflower crust pizza is delicious. Also, their wraps are something else. Chicken verde wrap is my go to. Love it.

I went for the 1st time today for lunch. The food was amazing, service was great and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity that you get. I highly recommend it and I will be back.

The family and I went last night for a birthday dinner and we loved everything we had. We split a Margherita pizza, cheesesteak, stromboli, garlic knots and wings. All of the food was so good and the portions are generous. Great service too. We'll be back.

I ordered the special penne and they switched out the salami for Italian sausage for me.
It was soooo good. And with some red wine absolutely perfect!

Quality ingredients. Haven’t had one bad thing from Failla’s. Hard to find good Sicilian pizza in the area and their’s is delicious! Their soups are so yummy and fresh & a great healthy option. Owned by a very nice family. Wonderful service as well!
